It's a disgusting place!It's been a long time! The staff does not explain what needs to be done specifically (some still snap and are rude) and therefore you stand in 1 window 2-3 times! IT'S TERRIBLE!

I designed the IIN. For one person, 2 payments were made at the checkout and refused to make a refund, as a result, I paid 8,500 instead of 4250. No one could say anything clearly, they were sent back and forth, the name was incorrectly written in one of the receipts.
