I've been to the PSC 3 times.Of course, you can 't speak for all employees .that their job is a unit .but which gives out the numbers .I like the feeling .That he JUST didn 't like my face .I wasn't going to write anything about him here.although I was very upset after talking to him .but as it turned out , he was already at home .He could have told me.if you paid incorrectly .then you have to take the paper from us here .that one of the payments did not go to its destination .He's knowing that.He didn't say a word to me.now I have to go back 40 km to this PSC for this paper.to return the wrong amount .humanity is ZERO.and they all said it in one voice .the two terms I 've crossed .They could have passed safely .but now I have to trample more than one km of land.to get my money back.where to find the truth .two overlapping terms .is this such an amount that I had to be forced to pay the second amount again?

Only 4, the queues are large, you expect that there will not be less than an hour and a half. And the staff is very good, just don't offend them while you were waiting, you saw the performance of two brawlers, don't be like them, you can always calmly settle everything.
