I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this PSC.
If you want to save your time, go to another PSC. There are not competent employees in the help desk, they do not correctly direct them to the windows, they just lost time. The head of Amanzhol is also not competent, employees make mistakes in his presence, please take control and train the staff. The queue is long, some employees are just sitting there instead of quickly letting citizens go, they are sitting talking, there are simply no words in this PSC.

We needed to change our last name, I explained right away that we were changing our passport. They gave a ticket on the resp. and sat and waited in vain. Although we needed to go to the 2nd floor . And they didn't even say your turn is on the 2nd floor. We sit and watch the queue go by but our number is not there , she came up and asked . And they are so on your second, you need to warn people. What are we supposed to guess? 🤦♀️
