The organization of work is made so that visitors are as comfortable as possible. There has never been such a thing as coming there and leaving with nothing. Other countries have a lot to learn from Kazakhstan in this regard!

It took 3 hours to make an EDS! Is it really impossible to make tables separately for EDS, separately for references? Previously, when they did it themselves at computers, it was much faster, only one girl is smart who knows everything, the other managers constantly pull her because they don't know shit. The mess and huge queues only create.
Unexpectedly, the queue passed quickly, and the girl was quite polite!

There are no complaints about the staff as such, but the notary R.M. Bayakeev is something... For him, the most important thing is a simple pencil!!!! He must not be touched in any case!!! do not submit inheritance documents in any case! I am not competent in these matters. They contacted and regretted it very much, they did not consult as expected, they did not fulfill their duties as a notary (they did not know that there were no securities under the prior, but he demanded them). The law on securities has been in force since 2003, it has a license in 2009. I do not recommend this notary!!!!!

The queue is electronic, but this does not save you from the confusion in the crowd for getting an address certificate. Everything freezes for a long time and often. There are a lot of people at all services, the best time is in the morning or there is no better time, you need to be patient and go ahead.
I have been to this PSC several times, there were unpleasant moments with queues. There is a queue for the consultant, he closes and leaves for lunch, Does not warn in advance so that people do not get in line. Then the mess begins, a whole queue tries to move them to another window, and there is its own huge queue.
I don't like that people have to pull out the necessary certificates themselves. The instructions would have been done fine then. Only two employees are sitting to help. And it is not only young people who come to the PSC who can still understand something themselves. Take away the self-service!
I applied for an IIN. I received an SMS about readiness, but it was not possible to receive it - they sent it to the tax service, and the documents are still being processed. Apparently, the processing speed for reporting is artificially overestimated, but in fact there is no service
terrible service...They 're ripping off a lot of money .. then they admit that they took more, but they don't turn it around...and they also force them to write on the submitted document that I do not have any claims for the over-eaten amount

the eternal queue. The information desk on the second floor (or the second building, I do not know what to call it) does not give reliable information. I did the paperwork again because of them. The staff doesn't know their business. Can't answer basic questions.

And if it's evening and dark? This is a violation of all safety rules and regulations!
