When everything is working well, and sometimes you have to wait all day. The last time I reissued through the Caspian application, I arrived and immediately took the registration certificate. So the score is 5. The bad work is not of the workers, but mainly of the Internet.

I will say this: for one incompetent employee, it would not be correct to characterize the entire PSC. But to be honest, there are two or three specialists there who really know their job, and the rest are just bums.
