I recently changed my license, the expiration date expired. I applied through the Caspi application (it's not difficult - a good photo, payment of a fee, you sign with an SMS code). About an hour later, we received confirmation that the license was ready. I went to the special in the evening, calmly exchanged the old ones for new ones. There were no queues, the staff were polite.
