In order to receive a ticket, visitors must TAKE A LIVE QUEUE IN EACH DIRECTION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED! !! What kind of automation is this?! TWO specialists can arrange the services of the GTSP in the PSC. On average, they work with one visitor for 40 minutes or more. The reception was conducted by 5-7 specialists at the GTSVP. And people come from all over the area and there is no certainty that they will even be able to get to a specialist the first time. In short, the HORROR! We urgently need to change this situation!
