of the Special Center: 1. Please make an electronic queue so that citizens do not travel in vain and wait for several hours.
2. Operators serving citizens would do well to update the scanner / printer of the device- they are outdated, it takes up to 2 minutes to scan 3 pages, multiplying this by 3-4 documents for 10-15 inefficient time.
3. Increase the working hours on weekends to 16-17 at least.
4. The only special center for the entire city and suburbs of Atyrau is to open 2-3 special centers closer to the city.
5. Install turnstiles in front of the information desks to streamline the issuance of coupons.
6. Replace/fix the lighting - blinking bulbs are tiring during long waits
