A terrible PSC, and a service system. It's stuffy, there's only one queue board. It's a stupid process to take a ticket for every action. The specialists are not competent.
Terrible service. You need to go through 7 circles of hell to get the documents. They don't want to explain anything. Guess for yourself. There is also a bathroom on the street.
Poor people who are forced to visit the Kaselensky PSC! There are broken roads around the PSC, there are no normal access roads! And about the toilet, which works every other time and it is impossible to talk without tears.
I was there the other day to apply for benefits for large families, so this is just a horror!!!having lived all my life at the same address, they told me there was no such address! That we are not registered anywhere, after some time of arguing with me, they say that I am registered allegedly in the city (in Almaty)go there and do the documents there, of course, let's prove to them that this cannot be, to which they replied, let the owner of the house go and re-register the address then, like, come. After a long argument, they simply did not accept the documents, did not really explain and sort anything out, and said make a new residence permit and that's it.Plus, during the consultation with me, they giggled among themselves, they told each other something funny, then they gave the papers with such a look like we don't have time to get out of here!in general, I came out angry and tired because I was with a 2-month-old baby in my arms and I sat there from 10 a.m. to almost 2 p.m.!IN SHORT, EVERYTHING IS DISGUSTING! I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN, BUT I NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT AND HOW!!
I was in March 2022, before that in 2014. Maintenance and service have gone far during this time, but there is still a problem with competent personnel.
Oh! This is something!I was only in the self-service area, but that was enough.
There is a crowd of people with papers around tables with computers. There are 8-10 computers, but only 4 are working. And, characteristically, the employees of the PSC, a la "sloths" from Zveropolis, are sitting behind all of them and are engaged in self-service of the population. To the question "Can I do what I need and leave?" I received an ingenious response from one of these aunts, "I can give you a seat when your turn comes." So much for the self-service sector.... In general, I had to self-serve. I found a free computer with a mouse and keyboard (by the way, not all computers have them there), turned it on and waited for it to boot up. With grief, I found a person who could tell me the password to log in. For those who, by the will of fate, will get there - the password is from 1 to 6. I entered my personal account, sent the document to print and with a feeling of deep satisfaction I flew out of this dreary place.
Good luck to all visitors!
We work all week and only on Saturday we can come to the PSC, the work schedule is from 9:00-15:00 on the Internet, but in fact, as it turned out, they do not work. So hope for them.
One of the best PSC in terms of personnel. He is very friendly and if there are not enough documents, they will call you back and ask you to bring them. In others, they would have been returned with a refusal and would have had to submit it again.
Consultants who direct a lot of things don't know. I would also like to note the zone itself, the tables are not comfortably located, it is not clear where that is. In short, the state needs to take control of this PSC.
An example can be taken from the Zhetysu PSC, located in the Kulager.
I want all the streets of Kaskelen to be paved. For some reason, asphalt does not reach us, such streets as Ryskulbekova, Suvorova, Zhana-Zhol,. I have been living on Kazachyaya Street for 50 years, now Ryskulbekova and have never been paved. Water pipes were broken 100 times, they were carried out in 1983, the vodokanal will arrive and the chopik will be installed until the next breakthrough. When will there be order on our street????
The service is disgusting! Everything is in Kazakh. I don't understand a damn thing. It stinks. There is no toilet. It is located at the very bottom of the Kaskelen. You'll get there like hell. Dirt and beggars are everywhere.
The only thing I wanted to notice is that when you receive any documents, check if everything is written correctly there! Everything else is fine. The parking is convenient, the service is fast, the consultation is detailed!
As in all PSC there is always a queue and a lot of visitors. And so the service and treatment is good

It's very convenient to do everything for people. Receipts with the queue number, a waiting room with chairs, a tableau with the queue number and the window number. The bank's cash desk, so that you can pay immediately, as well as terminals.
In general, the service is wonderful! But! I had to wait a very long time to apply for some kind of certificate... There were 58 people in front of me! Fix the situation!
There are few service personnel, there is a live queue at the 25th window, coupons are not given out to people a lot, acquaintances pass without a queue, a mess, lawlessness....
They make a lot of mistakes in the documentation, PSC employees have redone it three times, illiteracy, programs hang constantly, there is a separate story about the queue.
