The staff is polite, helps with e-mail. The queue is moving fast. But the downside is that the call center is useless.
There are just no words, only emotions.there are a lot of people, consultants are not competent, the program fails, it is not possible to enroll in an electronic queue, then throws it out or does not respond.
Generally , not competent people are sitting . One said to go pay for the service, the other says "we do not provide such services," and the third says "we cannot return the money," "The money can only be returned to the tax office." And there they say, "you should be given an official letter in the PSC that the service has not been rendered to you." In general, a vicious circle!
I've read a lot of negative reviews. I've seen dissatisfied customers myself.
I will say for myself that I did not stand in long queues, I always received services in full and of proper quality.
