I applied for an extension of the license for smoothbore weapons. An employee of the PSC indicated that this service has become paid in the amount of 5,500 thousand tenge, without explaining that there is an alternative choice consisting in self-service without the help of PSC employees and that it will be completely free. By such non-professional actions, PSC employees mislead all contacting customers. After that, a negative assessment is formed about the public service provided and the competence of the PSC specialists.

I am a pensioner and a disabled person, I came to the PSC today to issue a document. I had difficulties and the employee Zhalelov helped me. He is respectful in communication, knows his job. I want to express my deep gratitude to the head who taught me how to work, passed on work experience and communication to his employee! Many thanks to the PSC.
