An employee of the PSC indicated that this service has become paid in the amount of 5,500 thousand tenge, without explaining that there is an alternative choice consisting in self-service without the help of PSC employees and that it will be completely free.

They give coupons and show one window, then you run around looking for the one who called you (by the number of your ticket, they call you out the window), but this is the 2nd floor. Kazakhs should learn to observe subordination.
This room is completely unsuitable for the purposes for which it is used. It is difficult to make a PSC in a former restaurant so that it is convenient for both staff and visitors. A counter for consultations and issuing coupons at the very entrance. People enter and immediately stick their noses into the back of the queue. And there is always a queue, and not a small one. There are not enough seats in the waiting room. There is no wardrobe at all. Considering that sometimes you have to sit in line for more than an hour, it is extremely inconvenient in winter. The only thing that pleases is that over time, consultants and operators become more polite, friendly and competent
I came to do an EDS, they did well, they just created an empty folder, I lost time even when the consultant was servicing and talking on the phone, they just work disgustingly
Convenient, fast. We applied for an IIN. We went in, at the reception desk we immediately received a number in the queue. We waited for 15 minutes, the girls explained everything clearly, knowledgeably, accepted the documents. After 12 hours, we received an SMS about the readiness of the documents and the IIN. After the ticket with the queue number is in hand, there is a short wait for a specialist (window) on the second floor. The hall where they work is spacious, bright, the staff is friendly, they work professionally, quickly. I applied for an IIN, which I received after applying, within an hour (SMS).

The horror! I change my last name to my husband's last name, I am refused a second time , all because of incompetence by an employee. The first time they did not take the original documents, although they had everything with them - a refusal! The second time they were blunted again and again REFUSED. The boss promised to call back and silence , I'll go again tomorrow .
Everything is very well-established and quickly done. They know their job. Crowds of visitors pass by every day. Different people, different questions, but everyone leaves with a solution. Keep it up!))

The service is terrible. Today my husband and I wanted to apply for marriage registration electronically. You stood by the computer for 2 whole hours, and no one came up and explained anything. Either their system doesn't work, or their scanner doesn't work either. Then we went to Hasheka-14 and they did it for us in 15 minutes.
