The PSC of Astana city, Almaty district is located at the address ul.Satpayeva, 25, occupies two floors, the interior and exterior are well thought out, the halls are clean and cozy. In this PSC, the well-coordinated and well-thought-out systematic work of the entire team, starting with the management, as well as all specialists and those employees, is especially noticeable. Three people are involved in issuing coupons, so although it is crowded here, there is no pandemonium and long queues.All customers are calmly waiting for their turn looking at the scoreboard. I am very glad that I belong to this particular PSC of the Almaty district by registration. I would also like to especially mention the specialist Baeshev Anuar Temeshbekuly, in my opinion he has been working here for a long time, he is a very competent competent specialist, an excellent professional! I came to get an IIN, all the employees were in collusion and wanted me to pay them an alleged state fee of 6000 tenge, although the service of obtaining an IIN is provided free of charge, and this is stated on the state website and in the receipt when registering the IIN. I am very surprised that there are similar frauds in public institutions in Astana. Obviously, the employees want to make money on visiting foreigners who are not aware of the local rules. At first, I was told to pay before receiving the coupon, and sent to the consultant of the bank, which was located in the same room on the 1st floor. This is already strange, because how can I pay a state fee for a document for which I have not yet applied? What if I have something wrong with my documents? I showed the bank's consultant the information on the website that the service is free, but she said it was the first time she had heard about it. Then I went back to the information desk and showed this information there. They were not surprised and immediately gave me a ticket. After applying for an IIN, the employee again told me that I needed to pay a state fee. I went down to the first floor, the bank consultant was already looking at me, expecting me to go to her, but I left without paying. On the same day, my IIN came to me, plus for efficiency, but no advantages will block such frauds. Also, each employee of the bank clarified whether I was doing an IIN for the first time, probably in order to make sure that I did not know how to do what. I am amazed at this scam
