There is a play area, which is very pleased with the availability of sofas for waiting. From one to two o'clock, many employees go to lunch, at this time the queue is slow, and the service is fast
I really don't recommend it. Especially female employees, probably former passport officers. No respect whatsoever. And towards the end of the shift, almost all employees leave and if you're lucky, you can make it. The queues are long and there are few employees. Apparently they don't pay enough.
The passport is no longer replaced with an ID! They say that for more than two years, there has already been no device for issuing an ID. That's the way it is!
Of the advantages: The place is spacious (there is a lot of space where you can sit), it is warm inside in winter.
Of the cons: Out of 20 (approximately) windows, three at most work. I was here on December 12, 2022, there is no replacement of the old rights with the new ones.
Hello! I want to inform you about the terrible service At the public services center of the Yangikhaet district for the 2nd quarter. Terrible service!!! I applied for a birth certificate! Not an attentive operator!!! The operator at table number 15- I don't know the name, I didn't want to print the certificate, he said the SMS would come! I didn't even want to look at the availability of the certificate! He said stand and wait, he doesn't really know anything, you ask a question, one answer: "I DO NOT KNOW" expressed dissatisfaction with another client in Uzbek, while mocking me in my presence! There were words of obscene language, not suspecting that I understand what he is talking about! I understand Uzbek!!! I had to turn to another operator at table number 14 - he did everything right quickly, and it didn't even take a minute. And the previous operator was not attentive at all, he did not even look at what he was printing, one certificate was missing, she asked to see, her face was not happy, he muttered something under his breath, insults were heard!
Not a very good center. Sergeli is better. The staff here are not literate enough, they cannot answer many questions. And there are always huge queues, since they take 3-4 employees at most, where the rest go is not known, and on Saturday it is better not to go at all! One employee takes a very, very long time, half a day to lose there, as there is nothing to do, and the main thing is not the fact that there will be a result.

The queue is not moving, there are no operators at the workplace, and those that are are accepted without electronic tickets and seem to be having small talk.
This is probably the most convenient Public Services Center. The queue is even if it is large, but it is comfortable to wait, because comfortable sofas and air conditioning. People are literate and polite. They value their time and yours

Very convenient service. A comfortable wait. Responsive specialists.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the employee of SHAHZODA.
There is not enough specialist at the reception desk to help with quick orientation.
I will tell you terrible impressions! Employees generally don't care how many people are waiting in line - I've been sitting for 2 hours, and 2 windows out of 18 are working. 5-6 more employees are sitting and scratching their heads.
People do not respond to complaints and ignore them.
I do not advise you to come here!
You should not leave a review, the street panorama is outdated here now in a completely different way.
I was inside, comfortable, the air conditioner is working - it's cool.
Thanks a lot to the staff! We stopped by for a passport, accepted the application and payment in five minutes, and five days later we called and said that it was ready..
