Minuses:a friend had bad headphones through which it was barely audible, well, they changed; my mouse wheel worked every other time, and it didn't click on the word at all; the usual class differs from VIP only in components (not too much) and the fact that just a little further away, even though everything is in 1 room, but everything screams can be heard equally; the activation message is visible at the moment. Not all the disadvantages, because I forgot half of them on the way home)

The guys lost their Internet connection. Because of this, there was no normal game for 30-40 minutes. This time is not compensated in any way. When trying to extend the time to finish playing, they say: "We can't because there's a reservation." Therefore, if you have an hour left to play, it is better not to start. There are three merged games today. Two because of ping, one because they didn't let me finish literally 4 rounds. The approach to clients is questionable. In general, the mice are outdated, the chairs too, and sometimes the headphones are broken.

An unforgettable experience presented by this club. To be without water, I'll start with the pros:
1) great atmosphere, the colors are pleasant and not pressing on the eye, it is absolutely not hot unlike other clubs, the places are comfortable, nothing superfluous
2) the devices are excellent, I don't know about the mouse, since I played with my own, but the keyboard, monitor, mat, and computer itself are perfect. Nothing slowed down, did not hang up, stable Internet, the best game experience was
3) the admin is really interested in helping, trying to answer all the questions and solve all the problems
Now to the negative :)
1) as soon as I sat down, a certain "emo mod" was turned on on my computer, that is, all the colors had an inverse inversion (white = black, etc.), and no one knew how to turn it off, I had to change seats
Then for another computer 6 (!!!) the club's computer crashed once, the game was minimized, the computer was restarted, for some reason alt+tab did not work, and many other things like that
As a result, the admin just turned everything off and provided me with a regular Windows
Steam did not want to open and flew out
All these problems and solutions (and the admin was also shocked by all this) took more than 40 minutes, although they added time to us, but the mood was very knocked down
And for some reason, when changing the language, the game crashed (?) and there was no way to fix it
And another small drawback, the chairs were old and not very comfortable
Perhaps it was too critical, but there was a lot of negativity in the moment
Also, some smart guy put Chinese in the languages of the system, it was very annoying
