but! Everything was great until recently. In February 2024, my record was canceled 2 times. And if the first time it was eyebrow correction and coloring, which was postponed to another day, which was not very convenient for me, come on, it happens. But, a week later, the appointment for a haircut and styling was canceled on the day on which it was recorded, without offering anything in return!!! I'm sorry, but it was Saturday and before an important event...
the administration needs to think about it. Because customer trust is above all else. I was seriously let down. Minus 2 stars, the rest are only for masters. But I'm not coming here anymore.

I accidentally went in to trim my bangs. The waiting time is a couple of minutes. The receptionist is very pleasant and friendly.
I didn't like Master Dasha. I asked to cut my straight bangs, or rather to make my already straight bangs shorter by 1.5 cm, but from here the problem began. Master Dasha cut my bangs in a very interesting technique. She did not wet her hair, did not divide the bangs into at least 2 layers, she first of all pulled out the bangs with a round brush with a hair dryer and began to cut the bangs dry with straight scissors, although this is a technique of hair milling after a straight cut, master Dasha is so "vertuose" that she decided to make a straight bang, but not it turned out, because it turned out to be a very ragged bang line and partially the length of my overgrown bangs remained, my remarks that this was not what I asked did not please Master Dasha, as well as my request with straight scissors using a straight cut to make me a straight bang, she grimaced, sighed and still cut off my bangs straight lines to the length that I originally asked for. Then my requests to trim my bangs in some places were also received with displeasure, but in the end I insisted on my own and she cut my bangs for a very long time, but still cut my bangs.
Although it was done faster by girls who practice in hairdressers after college of consumer services or after hairdressing courses.
There is no desire to enter this salon anymore.

I've been walking for a year and a half, everything is fine. But this "master" who is on shift on 09/27/24 is just something. It's useless to write a lot, but leaving your whole face in your hair is certainly aerobatics!
