I bought a jacket in this store, after a week and a half of socks, and after a month of purchase, the sleeve and the sidewall along the seam tore. I contacted the store with this problem, but in response, the owner and two sellers attacked me with rudeness and accusations that I was wearing it, so I tore it up myself.
They won't be able to take it back from me, because the quote is: "what should we do with it? we do not have the right to re-implement it..". At the same time, they offered 20p for repairs, i.e. they are not to blame for anything (I am to blame because I was wearing a jacket), but we will repair the jacket for you. The discrepancy.
According to the owner, "he buys things himself that are torn, but what can you do...". My condolences to the owner for buying such things.
It turns out that while you are buying from them, they treat you kindly and politely, but as soon as something wrong happens, rudeness and accusations.
I do not recommend to anyone a dubious store with questionable product quality. The seller, who is also the owner, does not bear any guarantee or responsibility for his goods (as if he were selling paper bags).
It's a pity that the minimum score is one, I wouldn't give them half a point.

Today I want to share my feedback on this store, I have not yet met such a circus, I bought a winter coat with the so-called natural arctic fox fur, after a week of socks, the fur began to fall off, just pour out on clothes, then I held a wet hand, the hand was just covered in "natural fur" in the area of elbow flexion, everything went off in a solid lumpOne day I went to this institution, the owner of the store came to deal with this thing, began to be rude and raise her voice, felt like she was in the market, only under the roof.To my problem, she literally began to pluck every model and assured that all her natural furs shed wool in lumps and this is the norm, offered to take another fur or another coat, I refused, then suggested that we keep it for ourselves for the purchase price, then for 300 rubles, to clarify the coat without a discount costs 550 rubles, i.e. it is not difficult to count how much this young lady has screwed up.She said that if I hadn't worn it, she would have returned the money immediately,i.e. I bought a winter coat in winter and had to walk around the house in it exclusively,I threatened her with a call to the consumer protection hotline, it all turned out that she demanded 50 rubles for chemical cleaning of the product,I I agreed, in the end the second owner of the store came out and started a conversation with insults, allegedly he is a specialist in fur products, that I allegedly never wore natural fur, they told me that minks shed in pieces like that, my old fur coat did not shed and the woman said that there was nothing to compare now and then, in his opinion it turned out that now Arctic foxes are different, they don't finish, maybe I don't know.In general, if you want to spoil your mood, come,things of market, cheap quality, at inflated price tags.
