Last Saturday in the Pull&bear store, when paying with a card, the terminal (hksb bank) hung up or gave an error, but my money was debited, an SMS came! They didn't give me the purchase - because their payment didn't go through, they took off the cash register with me, counted it, but they said they didn't have it, contact the bank, they say, the payments are frozen so that you cancel the payment. I wrote to support and a request to the bank, but the payment went through, they don't know anything, they don't answer me anymore. I went to the store and asked them to check again, but they said they didn't have a payment. The purchase of 26,800 Drams is a lot of money for me, I was left without money and without a purchase.
