We stayed at this hotel in early July 2023 with our family. I liked everything very much. Responsive and professional staff. Almost everyone speaks English well.
The restaurants of the hotel are excellent, very tasty fish dishes, the national dish -tagine was wonderful. A girl with the appearance of Princess Jasmine bakes tortillas in the buffet in the morning.
The weather at this time of the year was fine, no more than 28 ° C, a light refreshing breeze from the ocean, it was not stuffy at all, the water in the ocean was clean.
I liked the pool at Pacha mama with an ocean view.
Unfortunately, during our stay, the children's club was closed for reconstruction.
I recommend the hotel.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, 4 is at best. We lived in the main building, changed 2 rooms, the rooms are old, the beds were broken, but quickly repaired.the air conditioners did not work, there are no bathrobes, it is impossible to close the curtains until the end, the smell of the kitchen in the rooms. There is nothing near the hotel, to the city where the main restaurants and attractions are only by taxi, the hotel transfer is expensive. The territory is large and well maintained, golf courses, a children's playground, 2 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, a spa. The breakfasts are good, the staff is friendly. We definitely won't go a second time.

In general, a good hotel, but, of course, it is not 5 stars as stated, the shower and toilet are quite shabby, there are no slippers and toothbrushes. It is very unpleasant that the staff is trying to inflate prices for various services. One undoubted advantage is the knowledge of English by most of the staff and the beautiful views from the window.
