They make a conclusion without having tests on hand, while the employees themselves give such an explanation over the phone. The situation is as follows, the doctor called, made a conclusion, did not send the tests to the mail, although they are obliged. The next day I call the clinic, ask where the tests are, they tell me that they are not there yet, here is a logical question, how can a doctor make a conclusion and say treatment, if there are no tests, and if there are, why they were not sent to me. In response, only incomprehensible excuses and assumptions that the doctor most likely could not make a conclusion, or could but not that, or could but did not send, and why no one can answer. I had to make 6-7 calls to somehow understand the situation, it turns out that the doctor was very tired, and physically could not send the results, here is also a logical question, but what if no one else could send them? It turns out that the assistant could, but he left before the scheduled working time and did not do it. As a result, two days after the doctor's conclusion by phone, we receive tests, having asked for them essentially by phone, since the doctor left for the weekend, he just didn't care that we never received the tests on time. That is, we would have waited a couple more days until she came out from the weekend, and it's not a fact at all that we would have received our tests if we hadn't called at all and didn't clarify. As a result, the tests were sent to us, first for some reason a general blood test, and only that, and then only the next day the rest of the tests. And everything would be fine, and you can calm down and forget, but the name of the tests is not our dog, there is a nickname, and the date of birth of a completely different animal. That's how you can be sure that these are our tests at all, that the conclusion that the doctor made is correct, and generally applies to our dog?! Complete nonsense and negligence in the performance of their work duties is happening in this clinic. Doctors make a conclusion, but they do not provide results, assistants leave work when they want, confuse tests, make mistakes in nicknames, inattentive and absent-minded staff.
In addition, safety standards are not observed. This is a vet clinic, and it has specially equipped rooms that must be closed, especially if large breeds of dogs are brought to them. And when we got there with a miniature dog in our arms, the door was wide open in the next office and a large shepherd dog was sitting on the table, without a muzzle, without a leash, and just started barking at our dog, it's good that she didn't rush, because nothing would have stopped her. This is the most disgusting veterinary clinic in Minsk, starting with the attitude towards visitors, ending with the incompetence of doctors!
