We were with the cat for an ultrasound, we also took tests, the doctor said that everything was fine on ultrasound, age-related changes, but there was nothing critical, along with the ultrasound there was an analysis, as it turned out later with overestimated indicators, according to which the cat had to be periodically left in the hospital on ivs, this was told to us half a year later in the clinic in which they really could have saved my cat, but unfortunately it was too late for us to go there. We also came here for a rabies vaccination with a dog, yes, he is not small and does not like when strangers start examining him, but I would like to note that he was in a good and durable metal muzzle in which he could not bite anyone even if he wanted to, and of course I myself kept so that the dog could not turn its head towards the veterinarian, but the doctor was afraid of him, we had to open our ears and show them on our own, while the doctor examined them from afar. I understand that many people are afraid of big dogs, but no matter which cleric we turn to, the dog did nothing more than show his teeth and did not bite anyone, after all, why go to work with animals if you are afraid of some of them yourself 🤷🏼♀️

They make a conclusion without having tests on hand, while the employees themselves give such an explanation over the phone. The situation is as follows, the doctor called, made a conclusion, did not send the tests to the mail, although they are obliged. The next day I call the clinic, ask where the tests are, they tell me that they are not there yet, here is a logical question, how can a doctor make a conclusion and say treatment, if there are no tests, and if there are, why they were not sent to me. In response, only incomprehensible excuses and assumptions that the doctor most likely could not make a conclusion, or could but not that, or could but did not send, and why no one can answer. I had to make 6-7 calls to somehow understand the situation, it turns out that the doctor was very tired, and physically could not send the results, here is also a logical question, but what if no one else could send them? It turns out that the assistant could, but he left before the scheduled working time and did not do it. As a result, two days after the doctor's conclusion by phone, we receive tests, having asked for them essentially by phone, since the doctor left for the weekend, he just didn't care that we never received the tests on time. That is, we would have waited a couple more days until she came out from the weekend, and it's not a fact at all that we would have received our tests if we hadn't called at all and didn't clarify. As a result, the tests were sent to us, first for some reason a general blood test, and only that, and then only the next day the rest of the tests. And everything would be fine, and you can calm down and forget, but the name of the tests is not our dog, there is a nickname, and the date of birth of a completely different animal. That's how you can be sure that these are our tests at all, that the conclusion that the doctor made is correct, and generally applies to our dog?! Complete nonsense and negligence in the performance of their work duties is happening in this clinic. Doctors make a conclusion, but they do not provide results, assistants leave work when they want, confuse tests, make mistakes in nicknames, inattentive and absent-minded staff.
In addition, safety standards are not observed. This is a vet clinic, and it has specially equipped rooms that must be closed, especially if large breeds of dogs are brought to them. And when we got there with a miniature dog in our arms, the door was wide open in the next office and a large shepherd dog was sitting on the table, without a muzzle, without a leash, and just started barking at our dog, it's good that she didn't rush, because nothing would have stopped her. This is the most disgusting veterinary clinic in Minsk, starting with the attitude towards visitors, ending with the incompetence of doctors!

He spread them out for expensive tests, said that the results would be sent to the post office tomorrow, as a result, on the third day, all of them were called and we are trying to get tests. But they don't even know if they have them.
Then they send 1 out of 4 tests, and there is no nickname for our pet at all. And they prescribe treatment.
And it is recommended to torture the dog under anesthesia after the pills if it does not help. And we don't even know if it's our dog's tests and where the other 3 tests are. How to pay 240 rubles for them, so they took it, but they did not give the test results of our dog. But they are already prescribing medications.
Unfortunately, the experience with this clinic was unsuccessful from the moment of communication on the phone. I asked to see a dermatologist or an ophthalmologist, as the pet's eyelids turned red and puffiness appeared. I clarified the administrator's recommendation, who should I contact, to which the administrator replied, "Why are you telling me this, tell me which doctor you need?" I replied that I needed advice from him. "I'm not a doctor, decide for yourself who to sign up for."
To the phrase that they helped me decide in other clinics, the specialist replied: "Then go to other clinics." I decided not to visit this place, given the neglect already on the phone.
I liked the clinic very much! The staff is kind and polite, very clean, the service is excellent, the attitude towards pets is great. I remember very much that they do not try to impose different procedures, as long as the client pays, but everything is strictly on the case, with mandatory clarification of all the circumstances of contacting the clinic. Everything is told in detail, without "water". In general, such an attitude is not often found. Five stars are required.
The clinic's management needs to pay attention to the work of the staff. They did not accept without recording "that we will cancel all recordings for the sake of your cat" no, of course do not cancel the recordings!!! But the cat needed urgent help and we found another clinic where we were admitted without an appointment and helped save the cat!!! I have a question for your doctors, how do they sleep? Is it possible to expel from the clinic without providing assistance to the animal? and yes, you have lost a good customer (a dog and two cats). After reading the reviews about your clinic, it remains to thank you for not accepting us! Maybe my review will help someone save their beloved pet! This office is not aimed at saving your animal, but to earn money!
Disappointed in the clinic. I brought the kitten for an initial examination, the doctor looked only at the ears and fur, I expected a full examination. Also, the doctor could not determine exactly the sex of the kitten, how can an experienced doctor not determine the sex at the first examination, what kind of professionalism can we talk about??? He prescribed a strange treatment by the ears, which surprised the seller in the vet store. I prescribed a flea medicine that can be used for kittens only from 4 months old (mine is not even 2). The bigger surprise was the cost of the inspection (it can be said that it did not exist), the cost was reported by phone at 37 rubles, and 57 were paid in the end. This attitude indicates a low level of professionalism of the clinic. The client asks the price to know what to be ready for, I understand if some more manipulations were carried out with the kitten, but they were not!!!

At a repeat appointment at another clinic, the doctor examined the whole kitten, offered to take tests (and for good reason) and we paid relatively less for such an examination than just for nothing.
After the operation, my cat lived in a normal condition, it was a joy for him for 10 days, and after the operation, a lump appeared on his stomach, said the doctor that it would pass, he did not pass like that. The cat was constipated except for an enema and laxative, they didn't know anything, I felt something in his stomach for 5 more days, and I think they forgot to get something there during the operation. Another treatment, after all the torment, he lived for 4 months, even euthanasia is very expensive, he left in my arms like that. I do not advise anyone to go around this clinic.
03/25/2024 they contacted the clinic with a dog about complaints of an increase in abdominal size and periodic shortness of breath. The examination was conducted by veterinarian Zhukovskaya N.I. The dog underwent ultrasound and was diagnosed with gastritis, treatment was prescribed, for shortness of breath, the doctor said that it was related to weight. Against this background, the condition did not improve. At night from 29.03 to 30.03.2024, the dog became dramatically worse, turned to the round-the-clock vet clinic, where a diagnosis of heart failure with pulmonary edema was established.
Due to the incompetence of the above veterinarian, time was lost, perhaps our pet could have been saved.
They were contacted in connection with problems with the ears, a drug and chlorhexidine sanitation were prescribed, a smear was not taken from the ear (as it turned out later, it was necessary to establish the nature of inflammation, if it was impossible in this clinic, they could have voiced it)
The dog did not get better, they went to another clinic
It turned out that the treatment was prescribed incorrectly, a burn inside the ear from chlorhexidine, antibiotic treatment, and besides the initial problem, treatment of the consequences for more than a month.
An absolute disappointment.

We regularly see both pets. The worst doctor is a guy, we always get to him. It is very convenient that you can get there on foot. The prices seemed to me lower than in the promoted hospitals. Ultrasound, blood, urine, everything is taken. Everything is neat. The cat likes to be shaved before ultrasound))
We contacted pulse more than once, everything was fine, we considered Sonov AA an excellent professional. But he just killed our cat with inadequate treatment. They were treated with kidney failure, according to the tests it was stage 2 out of 4. The cat could still live. The complaints were only the refusal of food. But Sonov prescribed horse droppers, 200 ml each for 10 days. We trusted, we didn't know that it was an awful lot. And a week later, the cat faded away from anemia, droppers blurred hemoglobin from an already low 91, but within the normal range (Sonov saw the initial tests) to simply incompatible with life, 44. On the last day of his life, we were told that his blood had become like water. The blood transfusion, which we urgently performed at another clinic, did not help. We appeal to the owners of seals with renal insufficiency, do not listen to such doctors, renal patients need to be very careful to put droppers, adequate droppers to relieve intoxication are 3-5 times smaller and not so many pieces. Plus, there should be parallel preparations to maintain iron and hemoglobin, which were prescribed only when there was already a point of no return from wild droppers. We do not understand what kind of inadequate treatment Sonova was. But there is no way to return the cat. Be careful and take care of your pets.
I can't say anything about the doctors, they didn't get an appointment more than once, because of the zero administrator. He can't say or advise anything about why he should hire such people. After such communication, a bad opinion about the clinic develops

A regular vet clinic. High prices. I did not like that they announced one cost of the service on the phone, but in fact it turned out to be more (they did not inform me that consumables are paid separately). As a result, for cutting the claws of a small dog up to 5 kg, almost 18 rubles.
I am adding in connection with the answer:
being polite and grateful for the work is not equal to the fact that I agree with the way I was informed about it, namely, put in front of the fact. And yes, I agree that the price for services may vary from consumables, but it was enough to inform me about this when I signed up and asked for the price, and not tell me later "it will be very difficult, they will start asking how much extra you will have to pay" - maybe I'm wrong, but I think it's included in the the list of the administrator's work.
An ugly clinic with incomprehensible rules and a completely indifferent attitude towards animals. Today, 08/31/2023, we witnessed the refusal to check two very young kittens for microsporia. Explanation: we can only do this check in conjunction with other activities, just shine a lamp - it is impossible!!!
The concept of service in this clinic clearly demonstrates the priority of raising money rather than helping pets: you can not bring your own medicines, your syringes, perform basic procedures such as checking in the UV spectrum for the presence of spores, etc. In addition, applying for several days in a row to perform procedures, each time about 5 minutes were spent communicating with the staff about finding out the pet's nickname, the owner's full name, address of residence, etc. - and all you had to do was give an injection (with your own drug and a syringe!

Throughout the year, we applied to several clinics, but could not find an effective solution anywhere. The treatment was already on prednisone, and when canceled, the problem returned. At the Vetpuls clinic, Nina, the doctor, approached the issue with special attention. She suggested eliminating prednisone and using milder treatments, which proved to be very effective. As a result, our cat stopped scratching, the fur began to grow actively, and she became calmer. In addition, Nina advised us on a special food for weight loss, which also had a positive effect on the health of our pet. It was the first time they were vaccinated and even relatively liked it, despite the fact that sterilization was actively imposed at their center with questions about "what date are we signing up for". In general, the impression was not bad, so a year later they also returned to this veterinary clinic to be vaccinated, but they just sat for half an hour, although there was a record by time! Again, the imposition of sterilization, we listened and okay, that's it. But a year later it was even better, they just served an hour, which is just disrespectful. At the examination, the cat was not looked at, but simply told that she needed to lose weight (although the cat itself is not small, its paws are powerful, it always weighs 4.5 kg stably and definitely not a donut). That's all, followed by questions about our apartment and how life is in the Minsk World. Cool, I'm not paying you money to work with a pet, but you're paying me for advice! But this is just a shock))) We signed up in ADVANCE for a rabies vaccination and a comprehensive one, flipped through the cat as expected, dragged the poor one to this clinic to hear that THEY do NOT have VACCINES!!! To the question, how is it, because they were there when recording??? The answer is simple: they were THEN, but not NOW. Then there is just a very interesting dialogue about the fact that we, in fact, do not need a rabies vaccination if we do not take the pet out of the country. But someone URGENTLY the other day (!!!) She needed it and they vaccinated her, because she needed it urgently!!! That is, I signed up, I came to this clinic, I'm sorry, I tortured my cat in the COLD, so that what? Right! To hear that it turns out that my vaccination was given to someone like this)) bravo! And then again questions about the apartment)) Listen, well, it's unprofessional to be specific. Then there are no apologies, no offers to get vaccinated for free because of their joints. I was just offered to BUY BACK what they don't have, that is, the vaccines themselves)) Well, just trash! Then they just recorded the data and said they would contact us when the vaccines were available. Of course, no one called, I called MYSELF!!! To which they tell me that there are vaccines, come! They signed me up, assuring me that this would not happen again (that is, I would not drive a cat just like that). Where is the logic and humanity of the doctor and the clinic management itself? Is it okay that we waited almost an hour for a doctor at the clinic on her own advice? And the doctor didn't even bother to ask about what they came with the cat...

I strongly recommend that you do not trim your pet's claws in this clinic! Initially, a specialist (not a doctor) suggested cutting the claws to the pads, thereby injuring a significant part of the blood vessel, which would cause the dog pain and unwillingness to perform this procedure next time.
The next day, in order not to write a review, I decided to call and talk to the doctor of this clinic. In response, I heard the following: "yes, many people do this", "I have 8 years of experience", "it practically does not hurt the dog, since there is one nerve there" (which is not true, since several nerve endings are concentrated there and if you cut off a lot, the dog will be very painful). There were also phrases from the doctor, such as "don't interrupt me", "how many clinics have you visited in general". There are no positive emotions from visiting this clinic.
At the first visit, the vaccination was done well, painlessly, thank you for that, but there was a very obsessive opinion about sterilization. After all, this is a personal choice for everyone, and everyone knows about the risks anyway.
Perhaps there will be no problems with other services, but I do not recommend going for a claw haircut!
