I've been going to this studio for Pilates with Sophia for a year now. I like it so much that I find the strength to get up early in the morning and come to classes by 8 a.m.)) The training is varied, we use a lot of different equipment, it feels like everything is thought out. And Sofia is very attentive, she tells everyone if something doesn't work out. The hall itself has everything you need for classes, shower, toilet, water boiler, lockers. The atmosphere is very pleasant, everything is neat and clean.

I've been walking for a long time and I really like it. The location, the attitude, and the atmosphere suit me. You can choose the intensity, the trainer will give you several options for one exercise according to the degree of load and depending on the capabilities of the body.

I started going here to yoga in hammocks. I like everything very much - from the instructor to the gym and equipment. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the sensations in the body during and after practice are something completely extraterrestrial. Now I'm waiting for Saturday every week)

Расскажу коротко о фитнес-клубе,,Pulse,, Зал не большой,но комфортный,а это плюс. Есть кулер с водой,отличный душ,всегда чистенько. Тренера профи,на входе всегда приветливые девушки администраторы,что приятно. Советую всем!
