I want to express my great gratitude to Svyatoslav!
He is not only a master of his craft, but also an amazing person. He is always friendly and attentive to details, instantly understands my wishes, gives recommendations on hair care and does everything promptly at the highest level.
Every haircut is like a therapy session where I feel comfortable and relaxed.
I was very hooked that Svyatoslav remembers my haircut and does it from time to time as needed, I don't even have to remind him of my wishes. I am very pleasant to communicate with and after each visit I leave satisfied and happy.

I signed up in advance (a week in advance), as I expected to get a haircut just before the New Year, on the 28th, when I have free time.
They called 1.5 hours before my arrival, said something vague: allegedly there was no master, there were some problems, they were sorting it out, and I had already planned everything. They offered another master, an intern, or still works a little, since he has a lot of free records every day, the rest of the "senior" masters, of course, everything is packed and there are no other options.
Contacting the administration more, if such questions arise, teach the manager to close customer objections, for example, to make a 20-30% discount or provide some additional service for free, rather than putting the client in front of the fact 1.5 hours before the visit, which was recorded in advance and expected to receive good service and an excellent hairstyle for the New Year, and not a spoiled mood and the search for a new place! Thank you.
And so it's a good place, well packed (beautiful wrapper), the atmosphere is pleasant, but I won't come anymore, fortunately it's not the only place.

I signed up for a junior barber. I realized that it was a mistake, already during the haircut. While washing my hair, water got into my ears, and after that, when the master wiped it, I thought that I would be left without hair, he wiped it very hard and carefully. Besides, the master somehow managed to cut my ear.
The only thing I received from the administration as an apology was a chocolate bar. No discount was offered, because I "already got a haircut at a discount, sorry."
