In general, I consider myself a fan of Japanese cuisine, it's not easy to please me, but these guys definitely succeeded.
The food is fresh, the rolls and sushi are very tasty. You can find author's rolls in the menu if you are tired of California. There are also no questions about the second hot dishes, they are very tasty, the portions are huge.
The price is acceptable for Grodno.
There are discounts when ordering for takeaway, or with delivery, which is good news. But I definitely recommend visiting the institution itself at least once, it is very beautiful, atmospheric, the staff is very responsive. In general, there are only positive emotions from the visit.

I have been ordering at this institution for a long time, but recently it has become noticeably worse, and prices have increased. At first I thought it seemed to me that the rolls had become easier, but I decided to weigh them a couple of times on the scales at home (they are culinary). It's normal when the gramming is slightly different, but the difference turned out to be much more than we would like. It is especially insulting for my favorite baked tuna rolls, salmon fell apart in others baked with salmon. The last time there was sushi, which should have been with tuna chips, almost no tuna at all, and again less in weight. Plus, we hired new staff, who, to put it mildly, does not understand the work in catering. She stood and waited for her order in the pickup window and the girl did not even have time to enter the staff room and began to resent and call the client names. The conversation was audible at the same time. I understand that working with people can be difficult, but at least close the doors normally for this.

We were in this place on the advice of a friend. The interior and location are good. The rolls are really fresh, but the fish was cut very thinly, almost sacred. For fans of a large number of fish in rolls, it may be a surprise. Chuka salad is a good portion, there are no complaints. The prices are not very affordable, just like in Minsk. But in general, everything was delicious and fresh.

2 stars for the interior and 0 for the food (more precisely, for a specific position - Tom yam). The emptiest volume of yam that I've tried. Apart from a couple of shrimps, mushrooms and a spoonful of rice, there is nothing in it. Usually Tom yam is a large bowl of soup filled with various seafood and chicken (optional), which is also served with a decent amount of rice. Octopus, mussels, squid, chicken, scallops, a large portion of rice-here you will not see any of this. Yes, the price tag is low, but this greatly affects the content.

Completely inedible noodles. The pieces of broccoli are not chewed, the chicken meat is clearly some kind of trimmings from the bones, all this is seasoned with sweet and sour something, and it was the most stupidly spent 11 rubles in my life. Sushi was ordered, there is so much mayonnaise that it is impossible to eat them. It doesn 't taste good from the word at all

When the place opened, everything was great, in terms of food and service, the last 3 times that were in this place words cannot describe what has changed, the dishes are dirty, the waiter is alone, you wait for an order from an hour and above (although there were on weekdays and a couple of tables were occupied)soy sauce was poured from the remains of those people who have already finished, and in order not to pour it out, they interfere with it and it becomes transparent, I advise everyone to avoid this place!

Sushi and rolls are nothing like that, the portions are good, there is nothing to taste, ordinary. Tom Yam needs to learn how to cook, and does not reach 2 stars. A separate question about indoor ventilation? Do you have it at all? From the threshold of the establishment, there is a terrible smell of cooking, if the windows were not open, then the smoke would be visible. You sit as if at the stove in the kitchen, the same situation is in the toilet, it is not possible to enter from the acrid smell of the kitchen. I was there for an hour and a half and all the things smelled of food, terribly. It was the first and last time in this institution, unless of course they tell me that they have solved the issue with the hood and the smell in the cafe. There are no questions for the staff, everything is fine!

From time to time I went to them to eat rolls and soups. Yesterday there were questions about the axial sauce, because it tasted very strange. Either it was diluted with water, or it was so cheap that there was no taste at all.
Rolls are not top five in appearance. It seems to be good, but not wow.

The most delicious food in my life. We ordered padtai with chicken and tempura "Pot" rolls. The taste is balanced, rich, and moderately spicy. Special thanks to the bartender for the delicious "bloody Mary". We stayed in the cafe for an hour and spent the whole hour discussing only delicious food. We are yours forever now. We wish you further development and further delight with such delicious food!

Rolls, you won't surprise anyone, but obviously they are trying and experiments are more likely to be successful! Bright, but not flashy interior, a rich menu to choose from, fortunately not at the expense of quality (for dessert, I highly recommend trying mochi), a cool waiter, it's a pity that I don't remember the name, but a nice guy and well, did not compulsively maintain a conversation, thank him for that and also to all the staff for advice on visiting other places in Grodno is a very pleasant place.

We waited for sushi for about 2 hours instead of the promised hour. They don't clean the tables. Sushi is sometimes delicious, sometimes not, as luck would have it. The music is loud and it is difficult to communicate in such an atmosphere. I do not recommend it. For the first time in my life in Grodno, the institution was able to upset me so much the first time. I'm not sure I'll be here again.
