I recommend. I handed over a lot of different things. Jackets, polto, blanket, pillows. I picked it up in excellent condition. Everything is clean. The pillows are ozonated. I am satisfied with the services.
They brought large carpets and sheepskin coats. It seems that everything was cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, for me personally. They would also have delivery and pick-up at home, in general it would be 🔥
The staff is friendly and attentive. The work is done quickly. Not expensive. I apply every year for dry cleaning of winter outerwear. Everything is always neat. The fittings are sheathed so as not to damage them. I am very pleased

Good day to all! I handed over 2 winter jackets in the fall, maybe I came at the wrong time (15:30), there was a queue, I waited 40 minutes. The staff is polite, but during my waiting time there was a conflict: the woman handed over the jacket and came to pick it up on the specified day in the contract, but she was not ready yet. The client was very indignant that he spent so much time in the queue!
When I handed over my things, 2 contracts were drawn up for me, which is very inconvenient (now I understand why I waited so long for my turn, people also had several things ahead, and this all the time to print out each contract, write in each contract, and even put several signatures in each contract). At the end, they said that it was better to come 2 days later than specified in the contract, so that things were 100% ready. They washed it for 2 weeks, but they also offered accelerated time. The quality of the washing satisfied me. When I picked up my things, there was no queue (9:30).

The wool blanket was cleaned for 17 (!) days. I ordered cleaning + ozonation. The blanket after cleaning has a nasty chemical smell that does not fade. 19 rubles were thrown in the trash, the blanket was ruined. By the way, none of the clients were at the reception point, apparently, people already realized that they were spoiling things and stopped going to them.
Very disappointed with the dry cleaning! We entrusted the pillows for complete cleaning and processing, but the resulting pillows turned out to be in terrible condition - the filling is crumpled, creating discomfort during sleep. We went to the dry cleaners, but they refused to admit their mistake and refused to fix what happened. Very unsatisfactory service and unwillingness to solve the problem and fix their own jambs. I do not recommend it!

Everything was done so that you would pay immediately, because if you don't pay, you will stand in two cash registers. CARL, THEY MAKE ME UNCOMFORTABLE FOR MY MONEY) There is not even a wall between them, they sit a meter apart from each other, and you will have to queue twice at different ticket offices to pay and pick up.
The most important thing at work. I've been wearing the jacket for 3 months, they wrote to me that the condition is 60%, the lining is damaged (it's intact, there aren't even any clues, ideally), I stupidly didn't read it when I signed up, my joint. As a result, after 10 days I took it away, everything seems to be clean, I saw that the inscriptions were burned with an iron, but the inscriptions are torn by design, I think okay, the main thing is that nothing was smeared with paint from quiet inscriptions. But I was wrong)
There is paint on the sleeve from the inscriptions from the back, ironed so ironed.
