There are no complaints about the employees inside - they will always prompt, help, and work well. But there are huge reconciliation issues.
On 11.1.2025, I arrived to remove the car from the register. There was no one at the place, after 20 minutes the "specialist" deigned to come. Out of shape, without a "hello", the dance around the car began. It turned out that the "specialist" did not know or did not want to know (there was no creative mood) where the American car's wine number was. In a hurry to end the working day, pretending to view the wine room, he said that he was "not satisfied" with the location of the wine. When asked why his colleagues were satisfied with everything a year ago, he did not clearly answer, apparently he was in a hurry to get home.
There were never any problems at the reconciliation, there were always competent, polite people.
If you see a big, important person with a camera at the reconciliation, turn around and come another day or to another department of the Ministry of Education and Science, don't waste time.
The horror is, the staff at the reconciliation does not seem to me to be quite competent.
The 1st case was checked before that, the examination was done on the car that I bought, they sent it for examination (insanity) and now the second case (maybe it didn't go right itself, but what's the difference. The bottom line is this: I threw the plastic wings, he says I'll put two colors, I say put it (everything is exactly in the plans to repaint and get a new passport ) so then he looks at the TV and says here the bolt was spinning only through examination (what is it, in a car that is 10 years old, this is not surprising) and the most interesting thing is that I didn't even watch the wine. Explain to me how it works, it's clear that the weld is something else that can be objectively said to be a machine with three parts.... In short, someone has old cars and something was spinning in them, there's nothing to go there!!!!
There are no advantages)
Of all the windows, one is open for processing applications and one for submitting documents. You will be able to receive documents day in and day out only if you hand over the documents before lunch. I came at 10 a.m. - you'll finish in the evening if you make it in time. There is no electronic queue, everyone leaves for lunch, including the queue, and then the "who was behind whom" begins. The document issuance window works according to the schedule 10.00-10.15, 12.00-12.15 and 16.00-17.00. Of the noted advantages (waiting time, comfort and waiting room), in fact, there is none of them
