In principle, everything is fine. The staff is very polite, they can always help at any time. And put the money on the account , and fill out the documents.
But I'm taking one star off because there is little time for paperwork. Not everyone can come before 17.00 to put a car or other transport on the register, people work the same way.
It would be nice if two windows worked at least until 19.00. And there would be fewer people, and the queue would pass faster.

But we could also make an electronic queue.

Minsk residents are quiet and peaceful there on Saturdays, there is no queue (well, 2 people is not a queue). And on weekdays, too, without a crowd - I handed over the documents in 20 minutes, and by 16 I arrived to receive, I did not stand at all, the conveyor, the name, the documents and on the way.
