Because I considered Parfums to be one of two trusted perfume stores in Ukraine (some products were simply not available at Makeup), I decided to immediately pay with a Private Bank card via Liqpay (payment date 05-01-2016 21:22:29, payment id 114168102), and not transfer money through a courier. The payment went well, they called, confirmed the order, said that the parcel would be delivered in 4 days - on January 9th on Saturday or on January 11th on Monday (Christmas + weekend). It can be understood. No question, I could have waited. A courier came today and brought a parcel with a check for 275 UAH, most of the order was missing!!! Where are the perfumes, etc. for 700 UAH. that have already been transferred to your account? Naturally, I refused the order. When contacting the support service, my wife was told that they would figure everything out - wait until your seller calls you... We are waiting! But the time, as well as the trust in you, has already been lost. I have a question, why and where did the goods worth more than 700 hryvnia go from the parcel? If you can't provide a normal service, close down and don't deceive people. Perhaps my case is an exception, so I will not dissuade someone from buying goods here. But I will never use their services again!
I have never ordered courier delivery yet, I pick up everything at the pick-up point because I live nearby. What can I say about the work of the store? The choice is excellent, I haven't come across any fakes yet (I'm surprised that someone writes the opposite), they work fast, the girls on the issue are the nicest, they always smile warmly. For more than two years, there has not been a single incident, the store is 5+!
