For the first acquaintance with the theater, the best performance will be "Pension Belvedere". I went twice and everyone who was with me liked it. A luxurious 10 out of 10.
For an experienced viewer, the best option is the play "Notes of a young doctor". 3 hours of space. The number of dolls is off the scale and their diversity and uniqueness are amazing. It was my 10th performance and it was great. So far, it is definitely the best performance in the country. There is a feeling that people working in medicine will get even better. 10 out of 10.
The performances of "Birds" and "Laddja rospachy" are some kind of nightmare, the ravings of a madman and mockery of the audience. Don't waste money and time as stupidly as I do and never go to them. Birds already seem to have stopped showing what pleases. And Ladja is still on his way, but it's so terrible that I couldn't even watch it to the end. It would be a shame if your acquaintance with the puppet theater begins with these performances. Decide that everything is so crazy there. But this is not the case. Just leaving it, I brought this thought to 2 girls who also couldn't watch the rest and left in shock, and this was their first performance. I still don't understand how adults in their right mind decide to rehearse and stage this. Both performances are 1 out of 10.
It's a very good theater. The hall is small, so everything is clearly visible and audible. Puppet shows are given for children, and actors play in the evening for adults. There is a small doll museum on the second floor (free of charge). The buffet is small, but very cozy. The wardrobe is right next to the entrance, which is very convenient.
We were at the theater on January 2 for the performance of "Morozko". I liked everything very much. The performance was extremely interesting. At first, the artists staged a stage for the children. It was great. There is a toilet. There is a buffet. The prices are acceptable. The seats are comfortable.
I really like this theater. Initially, I thought it was for children. The first time I came to Tartuffe, I come again and again. Recently I was on the Notes of a young doctor. I really liked it. The actors are playing great.
The repertoire is good, for adults with a pleasant aftertaste and a smile.
The atmosphere is cozy, the sounds of the cinema make their way a little from behind the wall.
I go with a guy of 6 years old, all the productions are very different, this makes it doubly interesting, the pastime is excellent, it comes not only to my son, but also to me.
The theater is beautifully decorated, a small museum, mini photo zones, even a pirate-style buffet. Children are immediately immersed in a fairy tale. We watched Tuttu Carlson with my granddaughter, the great acting, even I was hooked. The children watched with bated breath.
There were a Wolf and 7 baby goats. The child is 2.5 years old. I sat out all 50 minutes, I associate it with the fact that there was a clash with the hall and the time flew by unnoticed. I recommend. Separately, I would like to mention the parents who pull children onto the stage to take pictures of their child, right during the performance. Spanish shame.
I really liked the performance of Moidodyr. A 5-year-old child watched with great pleasure. The theater has a puppet museum and a cafe bay. Prices for performances are low.
I gave 2 tickets to my friend's children to the Puppet Theater on 11/26/12, for the play "The Mysterious Hippopotamus". The children are 6 and 4 years old, they could have watched the play on their own. But the person checking the tickets did not miss the mother to help the children undress and put them in the right places. There was also no one in the theater who could accompany the children. The children burst into tears. And they also told Mom that if they went, they would have to wait outside. Where is your humanity? A man, an employee of the theater, agreed, and what did you want? My sister has worked in culture in the Vitebsk region all her life, so they would have sat the children there and set up a chair for her mother. Shamefully.
The artists are beyond praise!
Geniuses, they play masterfully and with dedication!
The hall is very stuffy, and there is a constant smell of cigarettes during the performance.
The most important thing is to choose the right performance according to the age of the child. We've been there several times already. Thanks to people for their feedback and about the Scriptures, we relied on them when choosing. The hall is small, but always full. The actors - the current cast - have done well. Personally, I recommend visiting the performance "Carlson" and "Tutta Carlson". The child liked it very much and I did)
We went to the cinema, the hall was small, there were few people, we sat alone in a row. It did not interfere with the atmosphere-the perception of the film. A Soviet building with its own entourage. There is a puppet theater next door. I also recommend going.
Wonderful theater! We used to go with our son, now with our granddaughter)) The performance was not chosen correctly, it was incomprehensible for a 4-year-old child, it was interesting for older children.. A great doll museum. I recommend taking the children!
The theater has a very colorful museum with characters on the 2nd floor! It is worth visiting it before the performance. The kids love this place! They come out of the performance in a positive mood and under the impression! I recommend it!!! The child will be happy!
An amazing theater!!! The artists are amazing!!! Thank you so much for your hard work!!! "Interview with Witches" is an exciting production, you just live with the actors every moment. I will definitely go again!
My favorite theater in Minsk
Delight from performances for adults, for my daughter from productions for children. Sincerely, dynamically, fresh and boldly. And laugh and think
Pros: performances for both children and adults. An interesting repertoire, very original productions (an opportunity to look at the length and breadth of the studied works from a different angle), a good cast, and dolls are generally fantastic! A small hall (in this regard, there is no long queue in the cloakroom), its own small museum. Friendly and courteous staff
Cons: no serious ones have been identified; maybe only if the acoustics are not the most ideal
Wonderful theater!!!
We go with my daughter all the time, the performances are colorful, fascinating, there is always a dialogue with the audience, this is important because not all children can sit quietly and watch, they get tired quickly. The actors are great, they play professionally. I, as an adult, always cry with joy at the end)
I was in this theater for the first time today at the play Interview with witches " incredible impressions. Supper, a great and bold game of octers. In general, I highly recommend it... Thanks for the emotions...
Incredible performances for adults!!! I highly recommend the Belvedere Boarding House and the Notes of a young doctor... To break up.. The new hall is comfortable for sitting. An amazing doll museum. There is a cafe Bay.
It's fun, interesting, and we often go to performances with the children. There is a museum (free of charge) where you can try yourself as a puppeteer. Excellent acting, "live" communication with the audience.
