I went to this salon 3 times and had only the 1st visit without incident. I sign up for Instragram via Yandex. Direct. Before the second visit: I made an appointment for 12 o'clock, then I wrote and asked to move it to 14. I was confirmed. The day before, they call to confirm the recording on 12(!!!!!!!), naturally, all the rest of the time is already occupied, it was postponed to the next day. There were no apologies. Before the third visit: they called 3 hours before the visit, the master got sick, let's reschedule - OK, it doesn't happen to anyone. Rescheduled for 17 the next day. I'm already on my way to the salon - a call from the salon: we have a free place, can you come early?
To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. It turns out that I was signed up for 18.30
How is that even possible?
There are absolutely no complaints about the masters, they do just fine.

I did a manicure with gel laclm coating and design from Veronica's top master. I really liked that she not only did the work efficiently, but also took into account all my wishes. And it's not easy to please me))
