It seems like they are not interested in new customers at all. It took me several days to know the prices. Make a reservation for a session is impossible without online booking system. They answered for couple of hours and didn’t help to find time. Probably it is stylish, however the customer service is not good at all
***All the coaches with whom we managed to work out are excellent, loving their work, attentive to each student, even in group classes! (Not all Russian speakers, but many duplicate comments in English, and in Armenian, by and large, it is intuitive.)
***The atmosphere is kind and pleasant, the managers are responsive.
***It is convenient that you can have a snack on the spot after classes, there are always fresh salads, bowls, desserts, drinks for every taste.
***It is always clean, they keep it clean all day, disinfection after each lesson.
*** The only downside is a very cramped locker room, so much so that sometimes you have to wait for someone to come out to go to their locker.
***Special thanks to the masseuse / kinesiologist Marina Hakobyan, for ten sessions she relieved pain (with protrusions for a minute!) and completely relieved tension and clamps. I already burst into tears of happiness when I was able to move for the first time without experiencing pain in my spine. Thank you! It was a great time! I'll be back with pleasure🌸
We still need to look for such an indifferent attitude towards potential customers. The disgusting service is already at the moment when you are trying to find out prices and training options, I doubt that it will be at the proper level in the studio itself.
I have been waiting for information for two weeks now, I write myself - they respond in a couple of days at best. They asked for a phone number and didn't get in touch until I reminded them myself. And they contacted me in order to ask how to contact me, and then disappear again without any answer.
The desire to enroll here has completely disappeared.
We offered to pay immediately for the 24th lagri session and the 8th Pilates mat session, when I said that I would leave in a month for a couple of months, the manager said you can freeze for 80 days, it was like the 13th session, now I'm leaving and she tells me that they can't freeze and the money is not returned. They did not give an experienced instructor in mat Pilates, she injured her knee. The instructor only looks at himself in the mirror and does not correct you. I don't recommend it
Cozy atmosphere, professional trainers, Pilates studio # 1 , bonus-after the lesson you can stay for a massage and take lunch with you. I get a lot of pleasure every time. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
