It's a great place. We lived opposite and came here mostly for breakfast. They even regretted that they were dubious in the first two days and did not come in) The food is delicious, we tried different types of lahmajun, lentil soup, eggs with tomatoes, doners. There is a kitchen familiar to tourists. The prices are very reasonable, the inside is clean and tidy. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good-quality eatery, not a restaurant.
We had a rest in Baku in mid-September 2024 during the Formula 1 Grand Prix. We lived in a house opposite the cafe. We had breakfast at the Pushkin every day. Excellent price/quality ratio. Delicious food, helpful staff, pleasant music. I definitely recommend it!
The restaurant with the Russian name Pushkin offers Turkish cuisine in the capital of Azerbaijan. Well, there are Azerbaijani dishes too, it was delicious, I really liked it. They just need to remove the cheap banners at the cash register on the ground floor like in a cheap fast food store. The second floor is like a restaurant, solid and stylish, and not like the first one.
