The first time a young man paid a minute of attention and gave up on us, the second time another young man paid too much attention in the form of steaming the most expensive stroller, despite the fact that it did not meet our requirements (we immediately said that it was important for us in the first place) + intimidation that prices for them will rise very soon + the offer will leave a deposit of 200-300r so that they will definitely leave this stroller for us, although we did not choose anything in the end

We were in this store today. A good choice, a lot of free space, there is a place to ride a stroller, check it out. But the seller crosses out all the above advantages, works slowly and pays 0 attention to other customers. She did not even greet us and remained silent in response.
After waiting 20 minutes for her to finish serving another customer, they asked her about the updated model of the Carrello Alfa stroller, after which she said that she had to go to other customers (who came AFTER us) and pointed her finger at the strollers that were of the old model.
In general, we spent 40 minutes in the store, did not receive a consultation, did not buy a stroller, the mood is appropriate.

Before discharge from the hospital, the stroller was not unpacked. Then we saw that they had sold us a stroller of the wrong color. They bought light beige, and the boxes were gray and black.
