We ordered a bouquet of 45 Belarusian roses. We made the delivery. They arrived later than agreed, but it is still tolerable. The bouquet I brought was terribly upset: the rose petals in the bud were blackened, sluggish, "crumpled" in places. At the same time, there have never been any questions about the quality of flowers before, but on the contrary.

I ordered gypsophila twigs in advance for the wedding bouquet on September 2. What they tried to slip in the store looked terrible. Dry, broken, scary to look at. Apparently, by September 1, everything was sold out, and they decided to stick the useless leftovers in, not throw them away. The saleswoman was also extremely unhappy that we did not pick up the flowers.
After a couple of minutes in the store and the courier returned the bouquet, they refused.
As a result, a spoiled mood and an emergency search for gypsophila all over the city.
Disgusting service. I do not recommend it!

I ordered burgundy roses, ordered delivery, the roses were brought in the morning with a completely dry stem (when was the last time they stood in the water a big question), when I brought them home I immediately put them in the water, by the evening the roses wilted, the buds sagged, I do not advise ordering, a waste of money, I'm sorry for the money spent!!!
