Imho, I would make the name pyshechnaya in my native language: Pyshki here. It sounds more colorful this way

Amazing crumpets! They've never eaten such delicious ones anywhere, not in St. Petersburg, but in Moscow! The dough was very tasty, and it was good hot, and then in the evening, when they finished off the cooled ones. I don't understand so many rave reviews.. The crumpets are located in the center of Polotsk, and that's where all the advantages end (The cafe itself is located in a room next to the store.. There are very few seats, and the view of these places is frightening (because the windows are with bars).. The taste of donuts is quite ordinary, there is nothing interesting in it..If you want cottage cheese donuts, then alas, you will be disappointed here, because they are prepared only for a certain time ..

We visited the famous pyshechnaya and were completely delighted with both the warm welcome and the delicious crumpets. We went so well that both types were available: both classic and cottage cheese. We learned about the baking schedule of cottage cheese crumpets (see photo), as many wrote in the reviews that they could not try them. It turns out that the dough for crumpets is kneaded here by themselves, but it's not always possible to guess how it will fit. Therefore, the time is indicated approximately three times a day. And in general, if you come to a cafe to relieve your irritation and negative emotions, then you will have tasteless, cold crumpets, and cottage cheese will end right in front of you. And if you come in with good and positive, then everything will be available and so delicious that you can eat your mind off. My husband received a free crumpet from the boss as a bonus, and I have fond memories of my youth when, as a student, I ran with friends during breaks between couples to a cafe next to the faculty to eat donuts. Our choice fell on a set of different types of crumpets, to which we took jam from wild berries. The establishment offers a wide selection of original drinks. We settled on passion fruit lemonade.

Donuts are cooked right in front of you, you can see that the oil is clean, everything is transparent and understandable. The only one, apparently, is a popular institution, so there may be a queue - we waited for the next batch of dough for 12-13 minutes.
There is no place to sit inside, only a "bar counter". But, on the other hand, you can take crumpets, tea and walk 100 m to the territory of the former university - there are beautiful benches and gazebos. In general, I recommend it

It's a great place. A short and clear menu: just two kinds of crumpets + toppings + drinks. When we came in here, the curds had already run out. We took a set of 6 classic ones with caramel sauce for two. It is very tasty and satisfying enough to pass for a snack.
