For this money, get a hotel in a good area. The hotel itself is worth the money. Breakfast will do. Very friendly people. They speak English well, and a Russian-speaking girl also works. She will always explain everything (thanks to her) There are a lot of restaurants nearby, a great park. To a normal beach (Lara 4-5 km.)

The hoteliers are trying very hard, friendly, sincere, attentive, will consider any of your requests. The hotel has breakfast. prices seem to be the same for everyone in the market.
