We had a rest from October 21 to 28. The hotel is pretty good. It was warm outside during the day, and cool enough in the evening (jackets). The choice of food is very large, but after 2 days everything gets boring (because the dishes do not change mostly). You can have a snack in many places, not including the main meals. There is also a lot of alcohol. Champagne is poured only in the bar, which is in the hotel itself. The rooms are clean enough for Turkey, they clean every day, but the maids come very early from 8:00, a couple of times they even asked not to come in and clean, because they rested more. The pools outside were cold (very). Guys, the sea was fire!!! Clean, very warm. I caught Wi-Fi almost all over the hotel. But about 90% of tourists caught the virus in the sea, it will be bad for 3 days. Collect medicines, especially for poisoning and so on. 2 new packages turned out to be very few for us, we ran to the pharmacy. According to the maps, you can find and walk (20 minutes) There is a nurse at the hotel, she does not have pills with her, even if you have insurance. She can call an ambulance and take you to a paid clinic (for money, of course). The guys at the reception are on fire: they arrived at the hotel by 9:00, they were supposed to check in at 14:00. They sent us straight to breakfast and by 10:15 we were already in the room, it was very pleasant! As for the parties, there were rotten (very) Nearby hotels, they had straight parties. In this hotel, God forbid, music will just be turned on in the evening, no special programs. During the day, the animators try to entertain the people (darts, volleyball). Get ready with a meeting with the guide, it's not 20 minutes like everywhere else! We sat for 3 hours and all the time people appeared at him. Some people came for 5,6,7 days. They don't want to waste half a day. And he was giving tours at the same time when people were telling him they weren't interested. For children from entertainment: several water slides. The mini-bar is refilled once before check-in (2 Cokes, 2 forfeits), the rest of the times put ordinary water. For the same money, I went to another hotel "Crystal Admiral" Turkey, I liked it more there.
And this hotel option is for 45+ years old, boring for both children and young people.
Thanks to the guys at the reception and the bartenders (they even learned how to make shots, according to our instructions), the maids are also great, a lot of work!

There are 3 rooms, the bed linen has not been changed in a week, the ashtrays are not cleaned, towels are not put in quantity
The nearest distance to a store with reasonable prices is ~1km.

A wonderful hotel, BUT a very compact area, this is both a plus (everything is at hand, well-thought-out layout) and a minus (there is nowhere to walk). Almost all rooms overlook the sea! The sea is not for children, it's just a couple of meters deep, so all the children hang out near the pools, which is also a plus! Nice hotel. The rooms on the 6th floor were spacious and had sea views. There's plenty of food, plenty of alcohol. The staff is polite, they understand everything in Russian. But the coolest are the children's animators, they entertain the children throughout the day, and thank them very much. Kira will never forget you!

I had a rest at the hotel on May 8-17, I liked it!
The sea was invigorating, but it was quite possible to swim. The entry into the sea is sharp, it is not convenient with children. It is more convenient in corals, the entrance to the sea is pebbles. There is a pier with comfortable sun beds. Bungalows are available for a fee.
The territory of the hotel is compact, but green and clean. It accommodates 2 large pools and one children's pool with slides.
The lighting in the rooms is dim, but I don't see a big problem in this.
A wide selection of dishes: a large number of side dishes, meat (beef, lamb, chicken, turkey), fish, vegetables, herbs, sauces, fruits (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, medlar, watermelon), pastries and sweets are just super (although I'm not a fan of the latter!), but it was difficult to refuse)) Delicious lentil soup! There was also a diet table. Seafood was at dinner in small quantities (shrimp, mussels, squid), if you come to the beginning of dinner, you will have time to take it. We always had lunch at the snack bar.
For guests staying at the hotel for 7 nights or more, 1 visit to the ala-kart restaurant: Turkish and Italian.
Alcoholic bars in the lobby and on the beach. Before our departure, the 3rd bar was prepared - near the pool.
The hotel staff is friendly, unobtrusive and polite.
The animation team of the hotel should be singled out separately! the guys are positive, attentive and funny! Animations for children and adults are regularly held.
Entertainment in the amphitheater every evening: mini-disco for children, Mr./Miss hotel, hotel couple, musical quizzes, performances by invited acrobats, etc. Cool show hosts! It's a lot of fun!
Not far 1.5 km from the hotel, if you turn right at the exit, there is a Migros (a shop with a fix.prices). We paid in dollars, we received the change in lira at the proposed exchange rate, keep in mind who cares. There are malls and markets on the way to Migros. It is 30-40 km to Alanya itself, the fare by minibus / bus is $ 2 one way.
I recommend the hotel to rest!

We had a vacation in July 2024, with a family of 4 people.
1. The food in the hotel is varied, there are all kinds of meat and fish, lots of vegetables and fruits, desserts, a separate respect, a diet table and a varied menu for children.
2. 2 large adult pools and 2 children's pools, one with slides, and one made as a playground, also with slides and sand. There is another large swimming pool, but more for sunbathing, there is little water level in it and the sun beds are located right in the water.
3. Animation is mainly Russian girls, they try very hard, they entertain both adults and children.
4. High-quality alcohol, delicious cocktails on the menu, they are also made at your request without problems.
5. The beach is large pebbles, I advise you to buy Aqua boots in advance. But there is a large pier, you can jump from it or go down the stairs (there is a shower on the pier as well as on the beach itself) there were enough sunbeds on the beach and by the pools. The first coastline.
To sum up, the hotel pulls in 5 stars, the only minus is probably a small area, or rather its absence, that is, due to the large number of pools, there are no places left to just walk and walk.

A great hotel, its own beach (small pebbles), sun beds with mattresses are enough, there is also a mini bar with drinks and snacks on the beach. Two swimming pools, a water slide, everything is in good condition. The restaurant is large with a terrace, there is a smaller private restaurant. The quality and quantity of food is at an average level, there is a night "dozhor". Hammam, sauna for free, massage for a fee. There are 4 mini shops with souvenirs, clothes and local haberdashery on site. All rooms have a balcony, renovation and furniture are not new, but in good condition. 90% of the staff speaks Russian because they are Kazakhs. The impressions of your stay at this hotel are positive.

I lived there: from a good one: not bad rooms, but half of the light bulbs are not lit, apparently they save money, compact well-groomed territory. The biggest disadvantage for me is the food, there's a lot of it, it's beautiful, but it's not tasty at all! It may be okay for a budget vacation, but this is the first Turkish hotel I've ever left after losing weight.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I advise you, calmly, quietly, the food is very diverse, everything is even sushi, the beer is delicious, the wine is super, the cocktails are beautiful, varied and delicious. We have just returned, we had a rest with a group of four people. I liked everything - cleanliness, order, polite staff. The sea is great, the approach from the pier is excellent, there are always free sun beds. The food is good and varied. We visited Italian and fish restaurants according to ala-maps, everything is on the level. Special respect to the representative of the hotel Ilyas. Attentive, tries to solve all issues, knows Russian well. I recommend the hotel. If we would come back again, definitely yes.

The hotel is decent. The staff is polite and friendly. The administrators are responsive and attentive. We settled into a nice room on the 1st floor, with a view of the room. We had free Wi-fi for everyone, it was caught throughout the hotel, including the beach, bars, pools. There is plenty of food with a large selection, as well as alcohol 24/7). The dishes are clean, the linen and towels in the rooms are always fresh. In the room, shampoo is poured into a container with a dispenser - right in the shower - very convenient. We had a rest in August 2024, the attitude of the hotel staff was terrible, the room was not cleaned at all. It stinks outside, it's impossible to open the balcony, the food seems to be normal until it was poisoned by mushrooms (I lay with a temperature below 40 and vomited for 3 days, thereby not having a good rest).
The students who work in practice, the nurse, and the administrators are great.
The grandmother who made waffles was simply amazing.
The condition of the room is a big minus.

1) "Food".
The food is not bad, varied, there is an omelet for breakfast, scrambled eggs, you can make toast, there are many differently cooked vegetables. For sweets: pancakes, donuts, buns, cakes and fruits.
For lunch there are always soups (lentil and something like chicken puree), meat, poultry (turkey, chicken), fish. Grilled, boiled, stewed, etc. Side dishes: spaghetti, French fries, baked potatoes, rice, mashed potatoes.
For dinner: grilled fish, grilled meat (beef) and stewed, poultry (turkey, chicken, duck) on a spit, grilled, boiled and stewed. There are a lot of side dishes, a lot of vegetables. There are always fruits, cakes are much tastier than in many hotels in Turkey.
Regarding cheeses and canned products: there are 30 types of cheeses, there are both salty and ordinary ones (we ate them), there are a lot of canned ones, but after cases of poisoning with them we did not eat (we also got food poisoning from hot peppers and tacos (which they sometimes do)).
Meal schedule: breakfast(7:00-10:00), brunch(10:00-11:00), lunch(12:30-14:00), dinner(19:00-21:00), night soup(00:00-01:00).
There are also 3 Ala Carte restaurants(Italian, Turkish, fish).
2) "Drinks".
There are several bars in the hotel. The first of them is located on the ground floor (10:00-23:30), the second is in the dining room (at the entrance on the left, it works during meals), the third is near the exit from the dining room to the street(11:00-~16:00), the fourth one is near the beach and snack bar (around the clock). Non-alcoholic drinks include water, teas (brewed and packaged), coffee, hot chocolate, juices, sprite, fanta, cola and several cocktails. Alcoholic beverages: wine (sour red, dry white), vodka, beer, gin and all their combinations. As well as cocktails.
3) "Staff".
The staff is pleasant, almost all know Russian better than English, everyone smiles and does their job well. Barmen have a separate respect)
4) "Numbers".
The rooms are clean, almost all with beautiful views from the side balconies (both mountain and sea). There is a small disadvantage: initially they settle on the 1st floor, but if you approach, then at low occupancy of the hotel you can change the room for FREE. The room has a toilet, a shower, three closets, a safe, a TV, 2 beds (double and single (standard)), a table, 2 chairs, a table on the balcony, an armchair, an ottoman, 3 curbstones, enough light. The interior is modern with lots of mirrors.
5) "Purity".
Cleaning service is available daily from 9:00 to 14:30. There is a Do not disturb sign and a latch. Towels are changed every 3 days. Cleaning with a vacuum cleaner and mopping the floors. It is performed efficiently.
6) "Rest".
There are 5 pools on the territory of the hotel (two ~ 155 cm, one for children (with sand imitating the sea), one for slides (there are 2 of them, but the speed is low, you can ride 2 times), one indoor). There is a spa on the 3rd floor, and towels are changed there (beach towels). There are a lot of sun beds by the pools, not far from the beach. Behind the snack bar there is a beach in 6-8 lines with a large number of sun loungers and a terrace with sun loungers (it is more convenient to enter the sea from it). You can also book a private bungalow for an additional fee. The beach where there are sun loungers is sandy, at the entrance to the sea there is a small strip of large pebbles, then sand again. There are no large slabs on the bottom, but there are still a lot of fish near the pier. Russian Russian animation is held in the amphitheater in the evenings, almost all the animators are Russian or Russian-speaking. Animation for children starts at 20:45, for adults - at 21:45. The animations are funny and interesting.
7) "Location".
The hotel is located an hour and a half from the airport, if you go right from the hotel, you can come to the Outlet (15 minutes walk), and a little further to Migros (20-30 minutes). If you go left, then immediately behind the bridge there is the Alanya Mall (clothes, souvenirs, shoes)(10 minutes walk). When driving from the airport, the hotel is either 1 or 2, on the way back - among the penultimate ones.
"The bottom line."
This hotel is perfect for spending time with family or just a couple. While staying here, you can really relax!

I really liked the hotel, the sea is nearby, a beautiful beach and pier. The food is also very decent, the waiters are great - they are always friendly and ready to help. I liked the beach bar too. The only drawback is that there is nowhere to leave the hotel, there is nothing nearby (around 1.5 km).

We rested at the hotel from 12.06. To 20.06. We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in, lived on the 2nd floor, very comfortable, cleaned and changed towels every day. The cuisine is excellent, everything is always delicious, the staff is responsive, our guides were wonderful, the coral company thanks a lot to everyone. Maya is our hotel guide, Vitaly took us to the pools to sharks and exotic fish and Ilkar took us to Side.

The hotel itself is very decent, most of the staff are polite and helpful, there was plenty of food and a huge selection! But there is always a "BUT"! Welcome administrators! WIFI is paid, bought for two devices, for my wife and me, my wife turned off without complaints every three days and at the reception they told me that I connected another device, although I did not do it... They returned the Wi-Fi every time with a scandal, without a scandal in any way... As for the restaurant: dishes are washed poorly, there are many cases of rotavirus, there was an incident, the man did not run to the restroom and threw up right in the lobby... To avoid this, they carried antibacterial wipes with them and wiped the dishes before putting food on... Going to a restaurant was rewarded with terrible service. I didn't like the plastic dishes at the pool bar.

I'm coming for the second time in six months. Service, food, staff, everything for people. If you want to relax or go shopping, you can safely leave the child with the animators. The hotel itself is very beautiful, and I recommend coming at the beginning of the season, because the Turks are not tired, and they are so cheerful, they were not like that in autumn. In general, I recommend you to visit.
