An old Soviet building. No repairs. There are thresholds everywhere, even in the hallway. The elevators are old and narrow. They work when they want to. It is not called to the second floor or from there. For a disabled person, it takes at least an hour to go down the stairs. It's cold in the building. There is a coffee machine on the ground floor. No cafe, no snack bar. Offices are rented to dubious organizations
