About 7-8 years ago, I could hardly go and stop near the Kaganate to have lunch or just have a snack. Now there is no such thing at all. The food has become tasteless, and there are no salt shakers, pepper, or napkins on the tables. They began to save on everything. You address the staff, zero attention. In general, the Kaganate is no longer the same at all. Personally, I'll never go there at all.
