We flew today 05.10.24 from Bukhara to Moscow. After a week-long vacation in Uzbekistan.
Initially, after reading the reviews, I did not want to take tickets from this airline, but I took the most optimal departure time.
What's the result: they flew out clearly in time. They landed too. No delays.
Flight attendants are polite, empathic at a high level!
The aircraft is quite fresh (airbus a 320).
I rarely write reviews, but they definitely deserve it here! There is something to compare it with!

The most irresponsible airline sells tickets with luggage, and their representative stands at check-in at Tashkent airport and collects 35 euros per baggage, assuring that the ticket was bought without luggage. I do not recommend this airline to anyone.

This is the worst and most unpredictable airline.It started with the fact that the departure time indicated on the ticket from Prague and back from Tashkent was changed by a call from an airline representative 3 weeks before departure... Surprises,, did not end there ... on 08/29.24, the return flight HH405 to Prague, this time without warning representatives, turned out to be via Nukus!!!!supposedly for refueling .Why????This shortened the flight time from 7 hours to 8.5!!!Which caused excitement for the greeters and an extra 1.5 hours of torment for the screaming children, and therefore all the other passengers. Was it really impossible to do this in Tashkent for the convenience of passengers???!!!!
In addition, 3 flights of this non-airline company from Samarkand were canceled in August, it's good that they are not ours.The luggage is only 20 kg , there are no monitors and headphones , and this is also a minus .I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND A CANOE SHARK FOR FLIGHTS!!!And I recommend that the airline's managers review the quality of work in general, do not cancel flights, do not postpone time and increase the weight of luggage.The only plus, without complaints: on-board service and meals.

The toilets at the beginning of the cabin were closed for the entire 4 hour flight!!! On the night flight at 5 a.m., they were fed some kind of dinner, not breakfast.
The office does not respond to emails, they say on the phone that they cannot help at all in solving the issue that has arisen (the most ordinary and ordinary, I must say - a certificate was needed about the flight).
We bought a ticket in the direction of Moscow Ferghana. My wife did not get on the plane because of the disability of the first group. Dishonest people did not refund us the money for the tickets.

The flight was delayed for 3 hours. Not a single text message, an email with a notification about the delay. They didn't let me in either Vip or Sip or Huip. Where to present: there... that's all.
I flew on March 18, 2023, the flight attendants are rude, angry as dogs, 1 of 3 toilets is working, I do not advise flying , it's just terrible!!!
