An amazing place!!! I strongly recommend an individual visit, and not with a tour group! Here you need much more time for a leisurely tour of the palace and a mandatory walk through the territory and the park with fountains (during an excursion visit you will not have time for this). We lived in a hotel within a 30-minute walk. In the middle of November, after 15-30, we slowly reached (there is no longer any heat) before the visit center, we bought tickets ourselves at the box office (at the time of the visit 75 dirhams (if you take 65 dirhams on the website)). We passed the inspection and got to the palace by bus. We walked around the territory in the light of day, then inspected the palace, and by sunset we went through the territory again. The beauty is unforgettable! The fountains around the palace and the labyrinths of bushes around them are very beautiful. 30 minutes after sunset, the laser performance begins - interesting and unusual.
At the entrance to the palace and further inside, there is an opportunity to take a photo with a photographer, then they put your photo on the interiors of the palace and views from the street. Some shots are successful, some are not - see for yourself whether you need it or not. And, yes, of course it's not free.
I don't see any point in describing what's in the palace, look at the photos better.
There is a good cafe inside the palace: have a snack and drink coffee
The Presidential Palace is definitely one of those places in Abu Dhabi that is a must-visit. It's just beautiful. But keep in mind that you can comfortably stay on the street next to the palace from November to February, during the rest of the months you will be like in a frying pan. It's cool inside, and the air conditioners are working. Comfortable buses will take you from the ticket offices to the palace and back too. I was on New Year's holidays, there were few people, the queue for tickets took 10-15 minutes, which, for example, cannot be said about the Dubai frame, where during this period the queue was for 2 hours, they did not even try. In general, holidays in Abu Dhabi, unlike Dubai, are quieter, there are significantly fewer people and somehow everything is calm, there is no feeling that you are in a large metropolis, where everyone is running somewhere, fussing, and there are fewer visitors from India and Pakistan.
I really liked this place: a beautiful palace, a beautiful area around. Inside, all the decorations are in gold and Arabic ornaments. It is interesting to see how presidents work: a meeting room, a library, a banquet hall. There is a room with gifts to the President of the UAE from other countries: the Korans impressed. There is also a mini-museum about the history of Arabic science. All the exhibits are signed in English, if you know, then it is clear what is where.
The ticket costs $ 18 (bought on a tripster with a Russian card with a transfer to rubles). So an adult ticket costs 65 dirhams. You can buy it on the palace's website (Russian cards do not pay). Clothing: all knees and shoulders are covered, both men and women. You don't need a handkerchief.
The beauty is incredible, super photos, worth a visit!
The Presidential Palace! Grandeur and luxury. A great place, very beautiful. Everything is very beautifully arranged on the territory of the palace. Inside the palace there is a hall with gifts for the president from other states. Meeting room, dining room, library, etc.
It impresses with its scope and splendor! Stunning halls, luxurious finishes, a beautiful green area, but moving around it by bus, from the checkpoint to the palace. Strict control, long queues, but everything is fast and debugged.
I came in transit for 1 day to Abu Dhabi.
Qasr Al Watan is one of the best places I have visited. Wonderful views, beautiful territory and architecture, wherever you look, everything fascinates and enchants with its beauty!
There is a very good organization here. To begin with, the entrance is not through the main arch, but from the side. Two passes for people who bought a ticket in advance on the website and for those who did not buy. The ticket price for an adult is 75 dihrams.
Clothes should cover the shoulders and knees! Do not shine through!
After buying/checking tickets, go through a bag check, as there is a list of some things that you cannot take with you.
And then you expect a bus that will take you straight to the Palace through the territory.
In the palace, the time on the ticket is unlimited. You can also go inside or out as many times as you want. The territory outside is very beautiful and clean. It's cooler inside, but it's also beautiful and clean. There are several halls inside, with small descriptions in English and Arabic.
There is a cafe where you can have a snack, the prices are slightly cheaper than at the airport.
You also need to return by bus.
UAE/ The Miracle of Oriental luxury/Qasr Al-Watan, the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.
It's really worth a look. However, it is very difficult to get there. You have to book a tour, you will be brought and there is a strict dress code for tourists. Men should wear trousers and a shirt, women should strictly wear a dress. There should not be an open one from the body, otherwise the guards will simply not let you in. The check is at the highest level, like at the airport. They force you to take off your belt, watch (everything that rings) after the inspection, you wait inside the territory for a bus that will take you not mediocre to the building. Then the inspection is independent. We are looking at the photo.
It's a masterpiece! The grandeur and splendor are amazing!
Qasr Al Watan is the current Presidential Palace and a cultural landmark where anyone can touch the history and traditions of the UAE. Guests can not only admire the beauty of the palace, but also see exhibitions and expositions that tell about the rich culture and history of the country.
We visited the palace during a tour of Abu Dhabi. Strict control .Buses run from the entrance to the palace. You can explore the territory only from the window. Armed guards.
It really needs to be looked at. It takes your breath away from the scale of the beautiful. We were lucky that there were no meetings, as the visit would have been closed to tourists. Meeting room, banquet hall, library. A hall with an exhibition of gifts from countries. A restaurant for tourists, a gift shop.
Just a must-visit!
This is something! From location, to scale, from architecture to purpose, everything is impressive! And it 's not even a residence , they just built it for meetings and summits . In a word, the Arabs)) Definitely ready to visit! Preferably closer to sunset, it's very beautiful there, closer to the sea, if you approach, you'll get to the entire facade of the palace on 3D mapping
A luxurious residence, as I understand it, for receiving high-ranking guests, holding conferences and awards, and, at the same time, an attraction. It's not difficult to get there, either, and unlike the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, you can walk almost anywhere, not along a pre-prepared corridor of tape fences and guards, but it's as beautiful as it gets.
The Presidential Palace is just great. I advise you to visit.(entrance fee is 65 dirhams) within walking distance from the hotel. You need to go closer to sunset (the backlight turns on) Very beautiful.
A beautiful place, especially at night! I recommend everyone to visit! Get a lot of positive emotions! Take a walk to the sounds of exotic birds and relaxing music!
Parking is paid 35 dirhams. There are two entrances for people, 1 - who have booked and bought tickets online, 2- people who will buy tickets on the spot, there is a bus waiting at the entrance to transport people to the palace. The palace is nice, huge, really a masterpiece. It's worth a look.
The magnificent, functioning Qasr Al Watan Presidential Palace is a real attraction of the UAE. There is really something to see here, luxurious marble walls and floors, large-scale rooms decorated with gold. There are expositions of memorable gifts to the sheikh in the palace. In general, all the beauty and scale cannot be expressed in words, it is better to see it once, I definitely recommend you to visit. Thank you for your time.
It's a very beautiful place. Like everything in the UAE, it is impressive in size. The snow-white palace. It's worth seeing with your own eyes. There are no crowds of tourists for some reason, which in general cannot but please. Girls need to cover their shoulders and legs. If you are not prepared, you will be given a skirt and a stole
I recently visited Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi and was amazed by the beauty and grandeur of this building. This is not just a palace, it is a symbol of national pride and unity. Inside the palace, you can see many beautiful rooms, each of which is decorated in its own style. There is also a large garden with fountains and pools on the territory of the palace. The staff of the palace were very friendly and ready to help with any issue. I would definitely recommend visiting Qasr Al Watan to anyone interested in the architecture and history of the UAE.
One of the must-see places in Abu Dhabi, especially for designers, architects, builders, furniture makers and everyone else who builds, manufactures, gardens, runs networks, etc. The place is also suitable for tourists with children interested in architecture, there are clean toilets, as everywhere in Abu Dhabi. It is ideal for students of architectural and construction universities and novice specialists. And for everyone else who loves it when it's beautiful. You can take pictures, drink coffee (there is a cafe inside), relax (there are places where you can sit down, although there are not very many of them). In the museum part, all information is given in English and Arabic, as everywhere else, that is, of course there is no Russian, but with the A2 B1 level, you can understand the essence of the description of each exhibit. The interiors are amazing, the yard area is amazing. Life hack! If you don't want to pay extra and enjoy the views 100%, go to the palace at 2 p.m. to film the daytime views and sunset. If you do not leave the territory before the evening, you will be able to stay for the laser show at 19.00 without additional payment. It's amazing! The real beauty, the grandeur of the palace and the mysterious Arabian night. Full immersion in the fairy tale is guaranteed! By the way, the sound there is also very high quality.
Abu Dhabi
Qasr Al Watan Presidential Palace -
The Palace of Nations .
An incredibly beautiful palace, several huge halls , luxury , luxury around, the rulers do not live here, the palace receives guests and holds various meetings of dignitaries and receptions at the state level.
I definitely recommend coming here for an excursion.
There is a Golden Sphere in the palace, which is made not only of beautiful patterns,
but also calligraphically designed statements by the creator of the country of the Emirates, former President Sheikh Zayed.
The golden sculpture "The Power of Words", which we
saw in the Qasr Al-Watan Palace, impresses
not only with its huge size, but also with the meaning embedded in this work:
"Wealth is not money or oil;
wealth lies in people, and it is useless if it is not dedicated to serving people."
How well, clearly and aptly said.
GOLDEN WORDS!
Very atmospheric! Well, super straight! And so everything is tasteful, there is no pretentiousness, it is interesting to look at every chandelier, every wall...
I think it is necessary to visit such places in order to understand this country better)
Everything about the UAE is big, beautiful and rich)
The palace is truly rich and beautifully decorated, with a large park attached to the palace! Magnificent!
The grandiose and at the same time magnificent combination of architectural forms and traditions of the East is impressive. I recommend choosing a visit closer to closing time to see a light performance.
A very beautiful place, we were in the afternoon, closer to sunset. After entering, he picks up the shuttle and takes it to the palace, there were 10 minutes in line. It is very beautiful inside the palace, there is a park on the side, go there, there is a garden of eden :-) Necklace parrots fly at the entrance)
An interesting and very beautiful place in Abu Dhabi, of indescribable beauty and style.
It's as if Russia is allowed to visit the Kremlin inside and see where the president meets foreign delegations.
The idea is great, especially the room with gifts, where they are collected by subject (the Koran, weapons, dishes, souvenirs, etc.).
There is a cafe, a souvenir shop.
A free shuttle runs from the entrance every 5-10 minutes and takes you all the way to the palace.
The guide bought the tickets,
I really liked the palace. The architecture is amazing, inside. Everything is so beautiful that it takes your breath away!!! I recommend you to visit!!!
It is very beautiful, a huge palace, lots of gold, jewelry. There are many reception halls inside, a museum of gifts from presidents from all over the world.
I think it's worth coming to Abu Dhabi at least because of this place. Style: expensive/rich, but without gypsy excess. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I wanted to be there all day. Everything is done with taste and pedantry.
I also liked the evening show, but I liked the sunset more, which was unrealistically beautiful shades.
You can also have a snack there, there is a cafe.
Another must-visit place is the new palace. The entrance costs 70derham, a bus goes from the checkpoint for a minute and takes you directly to the palace, it's spacious and beautiful outside, but inside everything is just gorgeous and bombastic!) I advise you to visit at 17:30-18:00, at 19:30 the laser show at the palace begins.
The highest praise. An exquisite place to return to.
We admire the ancient architectural ensembles: in what luxury they were built earlier. They make an impression now no less than during their modern times.
This Mosque, built now and admired, has already become the luxury that descendants will visit and praise through the centuries.
The Presidential palace left the best impressions of Abu Dhabi.
We arrived at 17, walked until closing time, watched the sunset from the garden, and then watched the light show, which is included in the ticket price.
Delight!
The luxurious presidential palace, currently in operation. The height of the vaults and the rich decor, beautiful meeting rooms and social receptions are striking.
A must-visit.
A gorgeous palace. The scale is amazing. Beautiful mosaics, huge crystal chandeliers. The huge territory of the complex. If you are in Abu Dhabi, this place is a must-visit. The memories will last a lifetime.
They were in June 2024. You get there by bus, approach the building, take a ticket, security control, then take a bus that takes you to the palace itself. You can not walk around the territory, by bus there and back. A hall, a gift room are available in the palace, you can look in and take a picture of the banquet hall. Everything is very pompous and rich, shooting is free, but without a tripod. The dress code is softer than in a mosque, shoulders and knees should be covered (you can wear a T-shirt).
Must see is mandatory.
The current presidential palace, of incredible beauty. Many halls are open to the public. The room with gifts from the heads of other states is especially interesting. Everything is well organized. It is worth observing the dress code
The greatness of this place is amazing, but we couldn't be serious, we're not at a reception, we're on vacation😆 But the place is impressive, inside there are museum exhibits, a library, a room for cooking, a conference room. I recommend you to visit, the architecture and interior design are very fascinating.
If you have not bought an online ticket in advance, you can buy it on the spot before 17:00. There is a separate queue on the left for offline tickets, and this is not indicated anywhere. We stood in line for an hour and never got in.
It's a very beautiful palace. Everything is done with taste. It is incomprehensible to the mind how to make such a country out of a desert in 50 years. Well done
A palace worth visiting. Parking is free, and a bus takes you from the entrance group to the palace. Inside, of course, luxury. But the most interesting thing is that it was built in 7 years. We have houses that have been building for 5 years, so they are just Khrushchev compared to this structure.
They could not buy tickets online, they did not take the Union Pay card from Gazprom Bank. But strangely enough, they bought tickets for dollars at the normal exchange rate.
They were taken to the palace and taken away on a comfortable bus.
The palace made a good impression with its scope and decoration. It is clear that a lot of effort, time and money have been invested.
But there is no energy in it like in our Kremlin, this is most likely due to the fact that the building is still young and has not gained energy from people and events.
There is a cafe, but at the end of the day there was almost nothing there except coffee.
Very beautiful area around, everything is clean and well maintained.
We stayed for the light show. It was interesting, but cool (February 22nd) to sit on a cold stone.
A gorgeous palace, which is already legendary. It is made on a large scale, but also with great taste. Be sure to go to the light evening show.

The most beautiful and ambitious place to visit! It is interesting to see the venue for meetings of the heads of emirates and high-ranking officials! You can also get acquainted with the gifts that were received by the head of the emirates!
This place is awesome. It's very beautiful. The atmosphere is beyond words. I would go back there again, yes, I would. I've never seen anything like it.
Oh yes, Abu Dhabi is the President's palace, a beautiful place and a palace. I highly recommend you to visit. The UAE gives you an understanding in a completely different way
