Today I had the temerity to enter this point of the gas station network - 462 number. I've never seen such rudeness before!!! Employees do not know the basic standards of service. The lack of badges , the sloppy rumpled appearance of the cashier ! A woman was sleeping at the entrance right at the table , as the technical staff later found out. I wanted to get some coffee, but I didn't have a 300 ml glass. It was only for 400ml. I poured it there and at the checkout I immediately tell the employee, opening the lid, that there are 300 ml here. I wanted to make some related purchases, but his reaction just threw me into a stupor !!! He started to say in raised tones that he didn 't care that there were no glasses with a 300ml measuring cup. Despite the contents of my glass , I refused to make a purchase for the rest of the goods ! Hands in your pants pockets!! There are dandruff marks on the wrinkled clothes!!! When asked to introduce himself , he started waving his hand and pointing at the door !!!! There was also a woman who was sleeping , without a uniform of a technical staff member , who attacked me with claims that I had no right to make remarks to them !!! What are you??? I am a consumer!!! What was the principle of recruitment???? This is a reputable gas station chain that I have consistently used until today. Even though I called the call center, they refused to give the gas station number while on speakerphone! There are no identification marks!!! There are no manager numbers!!! There are no price tags on most products !!! And accordingly, there is no feedback from you! If you can't keep the appropriate level, close this gas station. They probably treat all their clients that way. I reserve the right to publish videos of the so-called work of your employees. I hope the management is interested in reviews and ratings of their gas stations.
