The houses are new and clean. The elevators are spacious. Convenient location of shops on the 1st floor. There is a green park and a theater nearby. Garbage is taken out on time. It is inconvenient to have lattice gates between neighboring houses, it is impossible to pass without a key, only you need to go around a large circle.

Beautiful LCD, convenient check-in.Bright Parking,closed courtyard.There are only 4 apartments on the floor, I would say this residential complex is not economy class but comfort class👍
