This year I had a chance to visit this place, as the locals call the "Single Window". It is very similar to the Russian MFC, only the name is different. If I'm not mistaken, 15-17 specialists can serve there. The range of services provided is very wide: starting from applying for marriage registration and ending with the issuance of a license to use HBO in a car. I especially liked that the queues for various issues are moving quite quickly. In some 30-40 minutes, more than 20-25 people can be served. There is a registry office archive in their building, that's really cool

I came here reluctantly anticipating a long queue. Unfortunately, I turned out to be right, because half of all the service windows are empty, which is why the mass of the population accumulates here. I came at 10.45, and my turn came at 15.00, and the next day I came at 9.00, and my turn two hours later. I don't want to be here again...
