It's not bad for the area, the beds are clean, but the showers probably need to be updated somehow, in principle it's not bad, it's warm, there are no problems with water.

If you need 5G Internet, you want to stay close to your loved ones far from home, as well as fine cuisine of National flavor, polite staff and almost everything you need during your trip, then you are at the right place. The hotel is very simple, but the customer care is at the highest level, cleanliness, order, peace and quiet. The renovation is certainly not like in Al-Qasr in Dubai or MaxxRoyal in Belek, as everyone understands that the area is very small and not touristic. But believe me, unlimited Internet access and uninterrupted Electricity will be provided to you here!!! And this is a huge plus in summer at +60 and in winter at -25.
