The place is very good. The interior is beautiful.
The service is excellent,
The atmosphere is pleasant.
the waiters are polite. But, the girls managers overestimate the institution a little and are not particularly able to properly resolve issues with clients.
The price tag is average, acceptable.
Food for a solid four.

I recently visited the Quadro Spanish restaurant and was delighted! Cozy atmosphere, courteous staff and amazing dishes. The paella was perfectly cooked, and the tapas surprised with a variety of flavors. Wine from local grape varieties complemented the impression. A great place for those who appreciate rich and original dishes. I recommend it!

The stunning interior, delicious Spanish cuisine, attentive staff, clear attitude towards the client - I want to return there again and again. I also liked that the restaurant is large, there is a lot of space - a veranda, the first and second floors. Therefore, there is no crowding, calmly, you can talk with friends. And of course, get aesthetic pleasure from the interior.

Paella 10/10. The Spanish cuisine is excellent. Prices are above average. By Tashkent standards, it is higher than average. But everything is delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff are handsome. A birthday compliment was made for the namesake. Thank you institution

the food is topchik, tastier than salads and bread I have not tried even in the mountains, the drink seems to have been prepared by a bartender girl,

May the Quadro staff forgive me, but you used to be a top man: steaks, drumsticks, the best sushi in town, cool waiters, hookah. Now only the service remains from the previous one. Spanish food has not arrived, and we miss sushi and hookah. Unfortunately, changes are not always for the better. This is not an American steak, not even miratorg, but Jizzah organic , which was very tough and there were no 360 grams , 250 maximum. Steaks used to cost a maximum of 300,000. The interior is very cool, respect to the designer, but the food was mediocre, paella was turned into pilaf, tartar for 2 bites with a bunch of all sorts of toppings because of which you don't feel the meat. In general, I'm not sure that we will come again. Maximum of wine to drink

The atmosphere is not bad. More for family gatherings. They came with a young man. We were counting on live music. Live music played for at most 20 minutes. Food: we ordered a rib eye steak. The meat was stringy and had a lot of fat in it. For such a price, I think you can not save on meat. The risotto wasn't impressed either. I liked the cold appetizer with meat and eggplant. The meat in it tasted better than the steak. The staff is polite. It's also cool that the entire menu is on the tablet, you can view photos and descriptions of each dish and select everything that interests you there. There is no chance that the waiter will not remember something or confuse it.

A very pleasant place. The food is amazing, the service is polite and considerate. The atmosphere is cozy, but businesslike: calm music in the background, panoramic windows, comfortable furniture.
I took a salad with pastrami and a rack of lamb. Both dishes are well served, the ingredients are fresh, delicious and vegetables and meat.
