The hotel is simply excellent!
Responsive employees.
We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha settled us before the due time, just without words, we were able to relax.
The room is clean, stylish, and cozy. There is everything you need: a hairdryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/with a brush, cotton pads, ear sticks and even nail files.
A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you.
The breakfasts are just incredible, the whole table is set, the girl and the guy, sorry, I didn't ask for names, everything is very tasty, satisfying.
Breakfast was included in the price, but the variety of dishes just impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner.
Separately, of course, this is a view of the mountains, cars are driving, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, having inhaled the mountain air. I'll attach some photos.
I want to end my review with an expression : "Everything is for people."
I wish you good luck and prosperity, I want to come back to you and I will recommend you to my friends.

At the end of the ski season, the sauna did not work, the restaurant was open for less time, and the food was carried for a very long time. Otherwise, it's a very atmospheric and pleasant place (pictured is the view from the window)

Design, architecture, view from the balcony to 5+
The hotel has a restaurant, a separate floor with a swimming pool, sauna, yoga room and relaxation room. All rooms have great views. For this 5
The hotel is tired, shabby in places, the staff is relaxed in the Caucasus, the food in the restaurant is edible but no more, take a taxi to the lift, there is a road right next to the hotel, it can be noisy, there is nothing nearby and for entertainment and restaurants you have to go to New Gudauri (10 min by taxi 20 GEL)
It is worth going if you need privacy and beauty, in silence from everything and you are tolerant of average service.
Life hack: The Abi Sambawi hotel opened across the street, there is a great restaurant on the ground floor, we escaped in it :)

A very nice hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfasts are decent, there is a bar where you can spend time in the evening and upon check-in they give you a voucher for one soft drink. The room is spacious, clean, heated by a radiator that can be adjusted. The bathroom is large and well thought out. I traveled alone, in the summer.

The only plus is the very kind staff. The rooms are battered, dirty, there are some potholes on the walls, the hotel is located right next to the highway and the whole hotel is shaking from every truck. It was filmed in the summer. It was very cold at night and hot during the day. There is no air conditioning, although it was written on the website that there is. The wind howls 24/7 even with the windows and doors closed. It will seal everything.
And most importantly, we chose this hotel purely because of the pool and sauna. The sauna was not working and no one even warned us. We moved out earlier because of this, we promised the money would be returned within two weeks. They returned it more than three months later, when they started throwing calls

Just 10 out of 5 , the kitchen is until 10:00, it's not the season, but we wrote to them that we were late, replied that we would wait , we arrived at 10:30 , we were very stuffy and very tasty fed and treated to excellent wine with live music. The place where there is nothing to find fault with, thank you all very much, if the whole of Georgia were like this, The breakfasts are excellent

One of the best hotels in Georgia. Lovely warm pool and sauna, good restaurant, excellent service, fine wine, parking. Breakfast is until 11 a.m., you can get enough sleep. We got a huge room in the concrete part, there is less space in the containers, but they are cool in their own way

I'll start from the beginning. We arrived with my husband to check into the hotel. There was no one at the reception, we sat for 15 minutes. A girl came, was nice and friendly, gave us a key.
We went into the room, first impressions: pretty worn, the walls are all stained. But for us, the main criterion when choosing was the view and the terrace. Everything is OK with the view (the mountains are incredibly beautiful, the sun, the buzz). The terrace was knee-deep in snow. I went to the reception to have our room changed or the terrace cleaned. The girl was not at the reception again, she waited for 7-10 minutes.
As a result, the snow was cleaned for us....in their opinion. I attach a photo of the "cleaned" terrace. The snow must have been lying for a long time, so it is simply impossible to peel it off.
There were no products (gel, shampoo, toothbrushes) at all. Only soap diluted with water.
In the evening we returned to the room, as did our neighbors. They could clearly be heard talking in a calm voice. It's like they're sitting by the bed with you. There is simply no sound insulation here. In addition, the hotel is located by the road, so any cars can be heard, and trucks make you shudder.
I found someone's long hair in bed.
The breakfast is mediocre....boiled eggs with liquid protein and incredibly hard yolk. When cooking, they were apparently not completely immersed in water. Cottage cheese that has been misfired with water. There were also sausages, mashed potatoes, vegetables... you can eat, but without pleasure. I also attach a photo of the breakfast.
We paid 150 euros (12 thousand rubles) for the room. Our friends lived in the hotel next door for the same price, but the level is much higher there. Therefore, we were absolutely dissatisfied with the hotel. The staff is normal.
They didn't even dare to go to the SPA.

Beautiful view and modern rooms, few people. But the breakfast turned out to be very modest, the staff was not very friendly, and when we were in our room in the evening, the door was opened and strange men wanted to come in.

We were in the Dal room, more or less. The usual rooms are so-so. Not cheap. The pool is cold, the sauna was not working at 11 a.m. I don't know for what reason. There are no elevators, there are stairs everywhere.

A warm and hospitable host, it is very pleasant to be greeted like this, in fact, as everywhere in Georgia. Nice view, delicious breakfast, nice rooms. Of the disadvantages, only the construction site is nearby, for some reason someone came up with the idea to work with a puncher at night. But this is rather an isolated case.
