This is a great hotel. Very helpful staff, varied and delicious food, Very clean area. Drinks - any, from local to imported. Ballantines is free, but you have to pay for chivasik))) The beach is big and clean, there is a large pier. The entrance to the water from the beach is not very much - stones, but from the pier it is normal.

I really liked the hotel in its concept, the room is just a cannon 860 (3 rooms), the staff is polite and friendly, the food is sooo delicious. We flew with a family of 6 people, everyone was satisfied. I recommend.

The hotel is normal. No more!
Let's start with the pros:
- friendly and good staff
- normal food, but not varied
- clean, not killed rooms
- good animation
What I didn't like:
- there is no set of toothbrushes and toothpaste in a five-star hotel!
- no dressing gowns!
- daily room cleaning starts at 8 a.m.
- start cleaning the buffet 30-40 minutes before the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I definitely won't come here a second time and I won't recommend it to my friends.

We went to this hotel with a family of 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) from May 27 to June 6, 2023.
Positive:
- European menu;
- Lots of activities for children;
- Interesting show programs in the evening;
- Large hotel area;
- Walking distance to the sea.
Minuses:
- Sluggish staff;
- Terrible alcohol (especially if you don't want to tip the staff);
- The entrance to the sea is inconvenient (take swimming shoes, such as Crocs);
- Intrusive paid services: massage, shopping trips;
- Room cleaning (for 10 nights, the floor has never been washed in the room ...).

Good afternoon. We had a rest from April 22 to May 4, 2023. The hotel is not bad. Anna at the reception is responsive, ready to help. The room was overlooking the sea, the room was cozy, cleaned regularly and clean. In 10 days, the linen was changed 1 time, towels daily. But the disadvantage of this or these numbers is that in the evening the music was rumbled until 23.30. Considering that there were a lot of visitors with children, think about which room to choose. Animators entertain throughout the day
vacationers. But sometimes there was a desire to stay by the pool in silence. The food is varied and delicious, but I wanted more seafood, there was enough fruit, we were in strawberry season, the waiters in the 1st hall were very polite, tried to speak Russian whenever possible. Thanks to them. But I would like to tell you about the unpleasant thing, at the check-out we were offered an early breakfast when we came to the restaurant on tables with sliced ham, cheese, etc. a black, dirty cat had a very nice breakfast. It bothered us.
A woman with two dogs who were shitting by the water walked on the beach for 3 days. Only after being asked to remove them did the hotel respond. I liked the beach, there is a breakwater in the sea that extinguishes the waves. The pier is great. We got from the airport by taxi because the hotel is the last in the transfer line and it takes a long bus ride. We have been here 1 time, but there is no more desire to go to this hotel yet.

We rested for a week from the end of September to the beginning of October.
To begin with, upon arrival you are immediately told that there are no rooms and they will not be available before 15 o'clock. But a larger-complexioned bald receptionist took us aside with a printed paper indicating the cost of early check-in, tells us that "officially" it costs 80 dollars / euros to arrive earlier, and "unofficially" it costs only 50. And they also change the room category, we should have had a garden view, promised a side sea view. Then, for some reason, we were not allowed to go to breakfast, although we arrived before 10, the suitcase porter assured us that at 10:30 we would be able to go. We downloaded the hotel's app and saw that breakfast is basically until 10:30...We set up the safe ourselves.
The room with a side sea view was very good! We were closer to the edge, so the sun flooded our side perfectly, the sea view was good. The room itself was with 1 double and 1 single bed. Spacious. The shower room is large. The balcony is spacious. I was surprised by the set of shower accessories, which, by the way, has never been replenished during my stay, except for 2in1 shower gel \ shampoo)) These are: cotton pads, sticks. There is also a strange UAI policy when you have a variety of drinks in the minibar upon arrival, and subsequent refills are only 1 bottle of water. There's black mold in the shower. The toilet was leaking, there was always a small puddle under it. The towels were sometimes stained. During our stay, the bed linen was changed 1 time, the sheet was with torn holes. The floors were not washed at all, and, as we understood, they did not go out on the balcony at all. By the layer of dust on their belongings on open surfaces, they realized that they did not clean the dust either. The rooms themselves have a wear effect, but it is not conspicuous and does not interfere.
As for nutrition, it is repeated from day to day with minor changes. From this monotony, you can always choose what is right for you. There are queues, but they pass quickly enough. There are difficulties with seats in the hall, I had to look for a place at the end of the hall. Once there was an unpleasant incident, to put it mildly, when my man caught a shard of glass about 5-7 millimeters in size in a fish. It's good that he got it in his teeth!!! In the hotel restaurant, the staff ignores the Russians. Take a drink order and bring - what are you... But they approach the Europeans with joy, they run around them. Yes, our people are treated very rudely in the whole hotel, they speak through their teeth.
There is a Starbucks on site, the coffee is not bad, from 14 you can also take dessert there. The barista girl does everything as slowly as possible, the queue gathers, especially in the morning after the opening.
Cocktails are done well throughout, but some bartenders do worse. In general, alcohol is poured heartily)
There are 2 outlets near the pool during the day: with corn, potatoes and something else. There is a refrigerator with ice cream.
There is a cafe near the beach, where you can eat until about 17 o'clock, it seems.
In general, the meal time in the main restaurant is a bit strange: 8-10, 10-10:30 is just a buffet, then lunch is from 12:30 to 14, and dinner is only from 19.
Towels can be changed 1 time and only until 17:30. That is, if you like to swim in the evening, but would like to hand over towels so that you can get clean ones tomorrow, there will be some dissonance.
Towels are provided at the pool and on the beach from early morning. After 10, it is almost impossible to find a place on the beach.
We were caught in a storm for 2.5 days, the pier was dismantled, so we closed the passage to the sun beds there. It was hard to find a place these days. When the weather improved, but the pier was still closed, we asked the beach employee for help finding us sun beds, he immediately switched to Turkish, pretending that he did not understand either Russian or English. There are no sun beds. You can't take it from the pier. We found 1 sunbed, started to settle down and saw how this employee was carrying sun beds to the Europeans from the pier. My man went and told his friend in confident Russian that either he would now bring us another sunbed, like those people, or my man would now climb over the railing on the pier and bring a sunbed. The sunbed was organized miraculously right there. This, again, is about the attitude towards Russians.
As for the time when it was stormy: we took special shoes with us, we were not afraid of boulders and sharp stones in them, we jumped in the waves with pleasure. And then, in some places in shallow water there are sinkholes where there are a lot of stones, and then it's suddenly empty and you stumble 30-50 centimeters down. The rest of the days the water was calm and clean, from the pier there is an opportunity to go down to the depth in 2 directions at once. The water is warmest, you can see the fish.
Anex staff warned at the pool upon arrival that it was possible to catch rotovirus, but we swam there 3 times, everything is fine. People hang out there all the time.
1 time we went to Alaska, rybny. It was my birthday, they ordered a cake and fireworks for it, it cost $ 25. The cake was baked huge, they asked for wishes on the filling. The food itself in Alaska was delicious only in terms of fish - there was sea bass - and shrimp. The rest of the snacks were very oily and there was a lot of vinegar.
Animation: animation is weak, as the small territory of the hotel will not entertain you there. The evening show program for children is always the same with the same music. I liked the invited artists only once, it was incendiary, beautiful, the rest are just working out, the programs are boring. The performance itself lasts 40 minutes. Towards the end of the vacation, after the evening show, they noticed that they began to make a disco, at least people could unwind. And so there is a descent down to the night disco in the center of the pool, where for some reason you will have paid drinks.
We also went to the spa at the hotel. We took a program including steaming, washing in the hammam, scrubbing, body massage in the office and a face mask. It's funny that men take girls to work, girls take men)) You can't change it. During the massage, the masseur, without warning, cracked my neck in 2 directions, which scared me very much, since such things cannot be done without understanding the peculiarities and diseases. They tried to lure us to the complex of others immediately after the procedures, the manager came directly to the massage area, they say, the massage therapists told us how many problems we have with several places of the body, it is necessary for a massage course... We smiled and left)) And so, in the spa, you can go to the hammam, sauna and pool for the duration of your vacation just like that.
In general, I will say this: we rested, we ate delicious food, drank, swam a lot. But there are many nuances that bring negative notes to the rest. Especially, as I have already stressed earlier, the attitude of the staff towards Russians. Smile, be polite, nothing will change anyway.
Would you go to this hotel again? Definitely not. There is something to compare it with.

We were at the hotel with my husband from 06/09/2013 to 06/21/2013. The hotel is good. Price, quality. It's not 5 stars. 4 is the maximum. The pool is large and for children. The territory is not large. The beach is 500 meters away, but it is not critical. The entrance to the sea from the pier is beautiful, although the pier itself is small, compared to the Sapphire, for example. The service is excellent. The hotel itself is very neat, well renovated. The only thing I would like more fruits. Nearby there are shops with tourist goods, a market with groceries. There is everything you need to relax.

The hotel is just a fairy tale
Externally and internally it resembles a palace, there is even a grand piano.
Posted at 11 o'clock. The territory is small, but well maintained and beautiful.

The restaurant and bars are clean, the service at the beach bar is carried out by code.

Every day there are themed parties at the hotel: Turkish night, Mexican, Moulin Rouge, galla night.
No one will be bored.
The animation guys are real professionals. They are constantly involved in sports, dancing, and performing with artists. Special thanks to Omar. I created a good mood during the whole vacation.
The spa is at its best: a cozy atmosphere, aromas, relaxing music. And the therapeutic manual massage of Running is incomparable.

Well, what can I say about this hotel: it's a fairy tale, a paradise for relaxation!!! Rested from 19.08.-28.08.23. The tour was purchased from anex tour. Arriving at the hotel, the check-in was expected for 15 minutes, the room was on the third floor, with a side view of the sea and a view of the neighboring Quatro Family hotel. The sound insulation is excellent, we didn't hear any sounds from the neighboring hotel. The territory is well-groomed, there are a lot of date palms, all the sun beds, bridges, urns are constantly cleaned, the territory is cleaned from the Kercher. The service is excellent, the staff is attentive and polite, even in very broken English, everyone understands you, many speak Russian. You will not have time to put an empty plate on the table, immediately everything will be removed, they will ask about your wishes. In ten days we visited one of the three ala-carte restaurants - Italian (unusual yummy), there is also a Mexican and fish restaurant. If you live for more than 7 days, then visiting one of the restaurants is free by appointment at the reception. The room cleaning is excellent, there were always figures made of towels on the beds: swans, butterflies, hearts. For three people in the room there are three huge towels, three small ones, one under their feet. Changed daily, cleaning every day. In the room there is a hairdryer, a set of shower caps, cotton buds, cotton pads, a set of threads with a needle, soap, shower gel, shampoo. A huge double bed, one and a half, lamps, a huge illuminated mirror, a TV, an armchair, a pouf, air conditioning, a refrigerator with a bottle of 1.5 liters of water, three bottles of 0.5 water, three bottles of 0.33 mineral water, three juices, all this is replenished daily. Glasses under water, a kettle and a set of two types of coffee, and a tea set. Safe for free, cabinets with hangers. In the lobby on the ground floor, a girl plays fantastic melodies on a white piano, there is also a leather and fur shop, a shop with various small things. The food here is a separate story, it is so diverse!! We caught a Mexican party twice, a Turkish night, a Gala night, and also cooked various grilled kebabs on the beach. When there was a Gala night, tuna was cooked on the grill, there was lamb on a spit, crayfish, king prawns, various seafood cocktails, a million cakes, fruits, side dishes, fish, etc. it's impossible to remember everything. Sea of wine, beer, cocktails, alcohol and non-alcoholic. Cola, Fanta, Sprite. There are refrigerators with water throughout the hotel. By the way, not many hotels, or rather units, have Starbucks coffee shops, different coffee is both cold and brewed, and what a choice of goodies is incomprehensible to the mind!!! Relaxation areas are everywhere with chic soft sofas, soft sun beds, armchairs!!! The beach is sandy with its own pier and a springboard for jumping into the sea. Beach towels can be changed as much as you want, they are huge and soft. They change them both on the beach in a special tent, and in the Spa center on the minus ground floor. The Spa center has a hammam and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel is positioned as a youth hotel with the concept of UAL, there are a lot of Europeans, namely Germans, Turks, Arabs, English, Poles, Moldavia, Russians and believe me, no pretensions or sideways glances from anyone, everything is very friendly and hospitable!!! This hotel can be put not 5 *, but boldly 100 *, I recommend it, because it's a fairy tale!!!

We had a rest at the end of September 22. The weather was beautiful, the sea was warm and clean. The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a lot of greenery. Tangerines or pomegranates can grow under the windows of the room.
There are three pools. The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. The hotel recalled the motif of the fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland"
We came across a room with hares. There are roses, flamingos (statues) on the territory
The hotel has its own wi-fi, which perfectly catches it on the territory of the hotel. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is rocky.
The kitchen is full of everything and very tasty. Meat, fish, pasta, fruits, vegetables. There is a children's table. There is a lot of food.

We had a rest at the hotel in June, two adults and a 1.3-year-old baby. To say that we are satisfied and we liked it is to say nothing))). In my opinion, the hotel fully justifies its stars, and for the first time I wanted to return. Although we are experienced tourists)). Let's start in order:
1. The flight is comfortable and on time by Tourists, except for the return flight, which was delayed for 2 hours. Many claim that 70% of Turkish flights are delayed.
2. Upon arrival, we took an individual transfer, because it would be difficult with a baby on the bus. 1.40 hours on the transfer is basically normal.
3. Check-in - quickly checked in, we wrote a letter to the hotel in advance and asked for a room with a sea view and it was provided to us completely free of charge))). I was delighted, the room is angular, but the sea was visible.
4. The room is not big, but we had enough space. the mattresses are comfortable and they put a playpen crib for the baby - with a soft blanket and a pillow - I would sleep there myself). The plumbing is new, everything is clean. In the evenings, music was booming, but we turned on white noise for the baby and quietly fell asleep. I want to note that it was heard until 23:00, then the animation ended and people moved to the bar. In general, neither the music nor the people in the bar bothered us - although we had the first floor). Cleaning was done every day and if suddenly you were missed or did not have time, you can always contact the room service and your room will be cleaned and towels will be changed. The mini bar was replenished daily.
5. Food - everything is delicious, varied, a lot of fruits are ripe. Kiwis are sweet as honey) why do we have sourness?!🤣 we ate watermelons and melons for the year ahead)).Honestly, I was shocked by the food) . The fish (Dorado or sea bass) in the snack bar on the beach is divine! Pizza, pide - I remember and want to go back))). There is baby food for kids - fruit puree in jars. I separately asked for a blender and we were mashed porridge)) thank you very much for your responsiveness)). The waiters are polite, the tables are always prepared, everything is clean and new)). The waiters brought drinks if asked or offered them themselves. We gave thanks with tips - but it's not necessary at all. There were always enough places for everyone - but since we were with the baby, it was important for us to eat next to the buffet - it was more convenient for us)). Very tasty cocktails made from imported alcohol and non-alcoholic - but we hardly drank- occasionally). The waiter immediately approaches the beach bar - you can feel the service and politeness to the guests. Waffles with chocolate, ice cream, crumbs of potatoes - who wants to eat from the belly - you are here)). Ala carte restaurants could not be visited, but according to reviews, everything is the same, only a different atmosphere and presentation)). And of course, the Starbucks coffee shop deserves special attention - these cakes and coffee are just a fairy tale. The abundance of desserts makes one's eyes run away. Coffee lovers! - You are here)) . I think this is the only hotel with such an all-inclusive coffee shop).
6. Beach - there were always enough sunbeds if you come before 10 am, then you need to look for - but we never leave the beach due to the lack of sunbeds - you can always find - despite the fact that the beach is not big. At the entrance, a natural stove, many people bypass it near the pier and there are people like in a barrel - I tried to enter the stove - in general, it's fine and I went out too. The only negative for us is the cold water in the shower on the beach - if the legs are still OK, then it's cold for the rest of the body, and the baby was screaming so much from the fact that the water is cold). I appeal to the management - can I have some warmer water?).
7. Pool - we were almost not near the pool, since we arrived at the sea Everything is compact enough and in the evening to catch the gentle rays of the sun near the adult pool - you need to work hard to find a sunbed. We found a foam party and a disco near the pool - it was fun and enchanting). But in my opinion, it's still a little cramped around the pool.
8. Animation is very unobtrusive - but personally I have no special requirements for animation)). We went to a mini disco, the kid really liked it). and there was also great live music at the restaurant on the beach)) . Then there was an evening show - but we did not manage to visit - I know that it was interesting and fun according to the stories of tourists, discos were also held - iron barrels were put on and parents (and not only) could move a little until 23:00))). A cool solution in my opinion - that is, not only an evening show, but also discos, as well as live music - choose what your heart desires)).
9. Infrastructure and shopping - the bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (stop to konakli market - across the street, stop to Alanya - you do not need to cross the road) you can get to Konakli market and Alanya in 20 liras - consider these different sides))). Buses run often and are very comfortable (for example, it is expensive to take a taxi to Konakli for 5 minutes - 7 dollars - but you will find a taxi almost as soon as you leave the hotel on the street of shops, but the stop is a little further, higher you can say, maps.me to help) the stroller was always loaded by assistants. I also thought about why there is no such service in Moscow Time). There are all sorts of shops right next to the hotel - but of course the prices there are tourist - consumer goods)). If you need something urgently, you can always buy it, and shopping is better in Alanya or Konakli. When you go from the airport to the hotel, there will be a lot of outlets (neva) along the way, such as the combined solyanka Zara, etc. - do not waste time, fake and space prices. It's better to go to Antalya shopping center and shop there. There is a good shopping center in konakli - TIME - waikiki, mini migros and other Turkish brands there)). Also, shopping is offered at the hotel, with free transfer- leather goods - so, the pressure from the local consultants is very strong, they walk on your heels with a hanger and hang things that you tried on and then with the same pressure they offer to buy them all - they bite into every customer - we regretted that we went - this approach is not for us. The person at the hotel will politely tell you that it is not necessary to buy, that he needs to fulfill a plan to send people - do not listen - the main thing for him is to fill the bus))). There is also a free transfer from the hotel to Alanya three times a day - check the time at the reception.
10. Currency exchange - there is a jewelry store next to the hotel - the owner of the store changes acceptably, but in migros, of course, the exchange rate is the best, so change to travel to konakli or near Migros). By the way, prices in the jewelry store are normal - as everywhere else. In conclusion, I would like to say that the hotel is really super, everything is new, not overused, the atmosphere of comfort, relaxation and goodwill on the part of the staff (not a single male employee has ever allowed himself any jokes below the belt or stares). The spa workers were a little annoying, who also obsessively offer their services - but they have such a job)).
P.S. Things were freely left on the beach - no one stole anything, security is working, well, in general, the contingent is quite decent.
We will definitely come back.

Great hotel!
Compact, cozy and very clean area. The choice of food makes your eyes run away, past the main restaurant you can eat at the snack bar on the beach. There are also various tents (popcorn, ice cream, waffles, corn, tortillas) Amazing desserts, delicious coffee (+ your own starbucks), fish, meat, soups. There are fruits, but it all depends on the season - in September, of course, we no longer had strawberries and cherries, watermelons were not interesting, melons are normal, but peaches and plums are simply amazing! We got to a gala dinner (a spectacular and large-scale event) that takes place twice a month, but there is some kind of food-related event almost every day, so no one will definitely stay hungry! 😅

Sanitizers are everywhere, everything is washed, cleaned and wiped 24/7.
We were lucky with the weather and the sea, so we didn't rest by the pool, we went to the beach. We wake up early and came to the beach accordingly too, we always got any places to choose from! There are a lot of sun beds, but there is a strange category of people who come at 8 o'clock in the morning, lay out towels, children's toys of a sunbed for 3-4, or even more "like it's busy here" and leave.... And either they do not return at all during the day, or they arrive at 15-16 o'clock, and it is written in the rules of the hotel that the reservation of sun beds is not provided in this way and the staff will collect unattended things. The staff did not do this with us more than once, but vacationers who came to the beach here and now saw that the sunbed was captured unfairly, put away these clothes and went to rest, well, that's right!👍🏼
The only thing that spoiled the mood a little bit, so this is a free excursion from the anex tour "shopping trip". It's just a complete trash, but these are questions, of course, not to the hotel, but to the tour operator. We've been to the spa a couple of times, they sell everything there properly) But here it must be said that the Turks sell everything, everywhere and to everyone that is known. I came to the spa for towels and left with 10 treatments and an empty pocket. The massage is really good, the rest is not very impressive.
Food: the main restaurant is good, lots and lots of different dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it's the same every day. It gets a little boring over time. In addition to the main restaurant, there is also a snack area near the beach - convenient and quick ordering, also quite tasty. There are many different stalls - with corn, with ice cream, with crumbs, potatoes, etc. and so on. There is also a pastry shop and a coffee shop. There are many around the clock, really.
Bars! There are a lot of them on the territory)) Well, alcohol didn't seem very good, but as far as it turned out they have it everywhere, the problem is not in the hotel. In principle, we were satisfied with this, but for an additional fee, they also pour imported.
As for the sea, the beach itself, where there are sun beds, is good - sandy, and then the problems are sand, then stones. It's unpleasant to come in. However, there is a pier - you can both go down the stairs and jump. Therefore, the unpleasant visit did not bother us either))
The animators are well done - entertainment all day - for both adults and children. Every evening there are themed parties, shows + plus everything is related to food again. They offered to go to femeli to see the rooms, in the rain they went to this family with the children, they also did not agree on the price and wishes, they did not even want to give the rooms they wanted for an additional fee, then they returned to quatro in the rain and there they still thought where to identify us... In general, the sea is disgusting, the food in the restaurant is the same every day and not a single salad is signed, what is mixed with mayonnaise or yogurt, I took it a couple of times, it's impossible to eat, the music is hammering, people are like at the market, queues everywhere, these quatro knight and other holidays they just have that in the restaurant they cook, take them outside, they also tried to make a show with fireworks fountains, they smoked the entire territory where people were eating, there was nothing to breathe and it was impossible to escape from the crowd. The minibar in the hotel room, which positions itself as an ultra all-in, is 2 juices, one 1.5 liter mineral water, in a rattling refrigerator. And noise insulation, it's just a complete mess. In the toilet, through the hood, you can hear everyone from the first to the last floor, for those who like to listen to a German aunt pooping and pissing and talking on the phone at the same time, this is your choice. I have never seen this anywhere, but on the other hand, an elevator that drives through your brain around the clock and in which there is a constant queue! Another insanity at lunch on the footcourt by the beach, according to the cue code, order food and the waiter brings you, firstly, wait a long time, secondly, the electronic menu is constantly hanging and they duplicated orders 4 times and still did not bring, and on the footcourt for a small child, there is nothing at all, if you want to eat with a small one By the sea, then drive in first.the main rest is there and take pasta or potatoes from the children's menu. I write in a confused way, just remembering what did not suit me. The day before departure, the eldest child caught rotovirus, after the children's pool, the little one did not swim there, he was sitting in his basik. There is one playground with two swings, which are constantly in line. From the playground and from the footcourt, it was heard more than once that people would not go to this hotel anymore, that such grandmothers had been to a better hotel. And the playground borders on hookahs, I didn't understand such a joke at all, why they did it. And the tables at which you can not smoke are located 30 cm from the table at which you can smoke, it was also funny to observe such a phenomenon. Freshly squeezed juice is only for breakfast and only orange juice, apparently there is no other at any other time. Strawberries were also often only for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. The whole melon was not ripe. Crayfish are the size of shrimps, and there are no shrimps, it would be better to give shrimps than these poor crustaceans. The rolls were disgusting. All the meat is like a sole. Ketchups in tiny bags that you can't tear apart, it's not five stars, in ultra ketchup and ointment they normally put in lakhanki and draw from there as much as you need. Toilet paper was not put on new if there was half a roll left. Two times they put one towel instead of two. I had to ask for soap every day.
