The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Alanya. 7 minutes walk to the sea. Near supermarkets Migros, A101 in the yard. I got a eurodome studio room with a kitchen. Kettle, refrigerator, stove, set of dishes. There are no rags. There is a TV and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is fast and free in the lobby and rooms. The shower cabin has no partition, a lot of water is flying, there is a mop to drive away the water. Bath towels, for hands and feet. Hair dryer. Good staff. Of the cons: audibility between the rooms, there was a sheet with a slit. The hotel has a swimming pool, mostly children frolic there. Mostly locals and Europeans have a rest. Cleaning on request. Laundry is available for an additional fee. There is a nail salon in the hotel building.

Of the cons: the mirror in the bathroom is broken, there is no shelf under the mirror, but the fasteners remain, the handle of the entrance door from the inside falls off, there is no curtain on the balcony door, the view from the balcony to the construction site or the garbage is not clear.
The cutlery is not clear. Some small knives, 2 normal forks and 2 dessert ones. ..

The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms have 2 rooms, a kitchen, a stove, dishes. There was no sugar or salt. The beach, shops nearby. The staff is polite and resolves issues. Convenient location.

A good budget hotel. The staff is polite. There are washing machines, the cost is 20 liras. The room is spacious and has a balcony. It is equipped with everything necessary. (Personally, we only replaced the pan.) There were no problems with hot water. The location is super, 2 minutes to the sea and Migros. There are construction sites around, but they no longer interfere, as finishing works are already underway. We lived here for a month.

We had a room for four.The furniture is normal, the bed linen is snow-white, but it is far from new.there was a kitchen corner with a refrigerator, a gas stove, dishes, and a kettle.Cleaning was carried out 1 time in 3 days.The view from the window to the neighboring hotels, but this is good, because at night it was quiet and there were no crowds of people walking under the windows.In the courtyard there are gazebos, hammock, deck chairs, and a swimming pool.The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian.For a fee, you can use a washing machine, iron, and vacuum cleaner.In general, everything was fine, but I took off the star for small nuances.

We stayed in the apartment for a month in October. A good business class complex. Round-the-clock security. Clean, nice pool, hammam, sauna. A good gym. Children run around the territory alone.
The staff is friendly, managers Kamil and Elena help with everything. And with water and gas delivery and car and bicycle rental. Everything is at the highest level. They accompanied us throughout our stay.
The apartment itself is nice, spacious, and has a huge terrace. The dishes are all there. Large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Big smart TV. The Internet is fast, we watched TV series.
The beach from the complex with free sun beds takes about 7 minutes to walk, the entrance to the water is cut through, at first it was annoying, but then they fell in love with it, the water is clean, there are few people. Very tasty food in the cafe. The burgers are extremely tasty, respect the cook, he tries very hard.
Kestel itself is sparsely populated, there are practically no hotels, mostly residential complexes. There are Migros and Bim nearby. There are few cafes, but all are decent. There is a frequent bus service to Alanya, as well as to Mahmutlar.
The impressions from the complex are the best, we will definitely return

Not a bad hotel for its category. For the unassuming. The minimum set in the kitchen. Very comfortable bed and clean linen. Cleaning 2 times a week. If something is missing-all questions are solved by the reception

There was not enough air conditioning in the living room, but these are small things when everything else was pleasant.
Comfortable beds, which was important to me, and a very good location. A quiet street.

Nice hotel. In a quiet place near the center. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the shopping center. Administrators speak Russian poorly, but they know the basic words, they will tell you.
Cleaning is fine, but there is room to grow, the floors are on the 3rd floor. There are no complaints about the rest of the cleaning. The renovation is fresh, everything is neat and modern.

I had a vacation here in July 2017! The apartment is located in the center of Alanya, but there is no view from the rooms! All views are only for the neighboring houses! The furniture in the apartment is new, but there is no shower cabin! And the whole shower room is in the water! And with a fountain! There is also no mirror in the room (( there was no cleaning during the stay more than once, although I lived there for 2 weeks! To all requests, the manager pretended that he abruptly stopped understanding Russian (and English too (( towels were changed only 2 times and then when I already came to swear at the reception! Only Turks and mostly Kurds live in this apartment! Another disadvantage of this apartment is that at the end of the stay they require an electricity fee! He is the manager of this apartment, he could behave in a normal way, not be rude!

It's a disgusting place. I don't advise anyone to stay there. The staff are rude. They don't know how to communicate in a human way at all. The director is not himself at all. He had a husky puppy, so this monster threw him with all his might on the concrete floor. The puppy started screaming hysterically at his approach. As a result, the puppy was gone, they said they had given it away. But there are suggestions that he just beat him to death. People who know him said he was a maniac. After these events, everyone wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. And this is without taking into account the fact that there are cockroaches in the rooms, which appear even in the bedroom. Upon arrival, a bunch of women's black hair was found in the bathroom. Apparently the staff didn't even bother to clean the room after the previous tenants. The staff did not bother to do the cleaning during our stay.
In general, if you want to completely spoil your vacation, book rooms in this "wonderful" hotel.
