There are no other prices for the treatment of toes, in other salons this service is considered cheaper. They also did not warn that a separate fee is charged for the varnish🤦🏻♀️

I went on the advice of my aunt, came for styling and makeup. They ruined both. Before the event, sitting in the car, I corrected what I had done as best I could.
She asked to make her hair voluminous (just not slicked) Hollywood waves. As a result, I got a mop on my head. I asked to fix it — it didn't get any better, the hairstyle was terrible and didn't fit the proportions of the face. Wasn't it possible to follow my requests? The master made a blunder in 10 minutes and was satisfied. Because of this terrible styling, absolutely all the photos were ruined.
Makeup is a separate story. The master was dealing with another client during my recording. We were supposed to start at 16:00, but we started at 16:27, which is why I was late for the event. Irresponsible and disregard for customers. I asked to do Korean makeup with an emphasis on lips (red lipstick), as a result, they smeared a balm that is the color of my skin. They practically did not follow the reference. Makeup did not emphasize the appearance in any way, but only showed flaws. In the photo (spoiled), it is also clear that they did not try and did it on the dump. The only good thing is that I thought of taking makeup with me to hide their shame.
Administrators don't give a damn either. I approached the administrator several times regarding the master's lateness, in response they said "1 minute" and made me wait further. The funny thing is: they said "now we'll tell the master" and sat in place. They didn't even write on WhatsApp, because I was watching the master, who was completely busy with another client. Is someone more important than the other? Why should I have to do my makeup in a hurry because of their unprofessionalism? Why can't you listen to the client and do as he asks? Why do we need to conflict so that we just get to work?
A shameful place.

I went there because of the convenience: everything is in one place, and the interior is sooo cool, it's so nice to be in it. They immediately give you a disposable manicure /pedicure kit, it's really nice. But my last visit was a complete disappointment. The entry was to the top master, who has the most expensive manicure price. As a result, after 2 weeks everything came off at the tips. I wrote to WhatsApp, they promised that the administrator would contact me. So no one called 😄
I really like the design in the salon and the attitude towards visitors, but the masters do not meet the set prices. Lashmakers especially. But there is a large selection of palettes, which is very pleasing
